I purchased the sunset red seat covers for my 2018 Honda CRV and I love them. They fit great and weren't that hard to install. The customer service is great. There was a couple things I didn't see offered on the website, so I called and talked to Susan and they were able to make me a console cover and front pockets on the front seat covers. I would highly recommend this company.
For Christmas we ordered a set of seat covers as a gift. However we found these guys about 3 days before Christmas and was very sure we would not get our gift in time. We placed our order and just told our daughter her present was coming late. Within 24 hours, Susan called me and asked if these covers were for a Christmas gift. I told her yes, but we understand they won't arrive in time and are OK with that she informed me that she could come drop them off because they were heading to San Jose for Christmas. We live in Gustine, California which is a little bit out of the way for these guys and their commute to San Jose. We tried to refuse but Susan was very persistent about getting the seat covers to us in time for Christmas. She was determined as heck to get us our order in time.
from start to finish these guys were amazingly helpful and sincere. after doing tons of research online and reaching out to different companies, these guys really stood out. speaking with susan really put my mind at ease as she is very informative and helpful. some companies do not even try to pretend to care about the customers and susan was very upfront about the service, products and company. she even sent me links to review websites showing what people have to say about them. i checked bbb.org, yelp.com, yp.com, trustpilot.com and their facebook.com page. what is more amazing is that she remembers almost 80% of the customers that left reviews. good or bad, she remembers the interactions with them. THAT is impressive!!! now that we got our seat covers and installed them, i can honestly say i am on board with all these customers about how great this company is.
We are seriously amazed at the hard work and dedication these guys put into each and every seat cover they make. And you can see it in their seat covers. I can how my seat covers are of higher quality when I notice seat covers in another vehicle. I have successfully found a great product from a great American business.
It was a difficult decision to narrow the options of the Hawaiian print neoprene seat covers that we finally selected since the company had a wide variety to choose from. They were quickly installed in our cars (Toyota Corolla and Subaru Forrester) and are both useful and unique. The covers definitely make our cars standout when the parking lot is filled with similar car models. They are easily installed and the car's seat heater still works well for those of us from New England who have them. The company has also considered the deployment of the side impact bags with a special seat cover stitch that will allow their successful release. Susan was very helpful during the ordering process and we were appreciative of the military discount. After we received the first set of front seat covers, we ordered a second and now a third set is in the mail. We are definitely repeat and happy customers.
We love our seat covers. These lady's went out of their way to help us and we're friendly. It felt like we were family. They are very honest and won't rip you off.
