I am extremely disappointed with my online order experience.I ordered a perfume, but instead I received a small candle and some random sample items that I did not order. This was clearly a fulfillment mistake on your end.Now I am being told that in order to receive a refund, I need to take time out of my day to package and return the incorrect items. This is not my fault, yet I’m expected to waste my time and gas to fix an error made by your company.When a business ships the wrong product, the responsibility should not fall on the customer to correct it. I paid for a specific item, never received it, and now I’m being inconvenienced further just to get my money back.This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I expected much better service.

Beautiful Dresses, Disappointing Service
I ordered two dresses for a formal event and paid $40 for next-business-day delivery to ensure they would both arrive on time. Unfortunately, only one dress was delivered as promised - the other didn’t arrive until several days later. Since I specifically paid for expedited shipping for both items, this was very disappointing.Attempting to contact customer service has been extremely frustrating. There is no simple way to reply directly to the order confirmation or the numerous review emails they send. I even visited the website to locate the customer service email address and forwarded my previous messages outlining the issue, but I still have not received a response. I also don’t have time to sit on hold for a phone call - there should be a reliable way to resolve issues through email.I’m giving two stars because the dresses themselves were beautiful and good quality. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service significantly affected my overall experience. Given the shipping delay, I believe the expedited delivery fee should have been reimbursed.

I purchased my wedding gown and preservation services through David’s Bridal, never once being clearly informed that my gown would be handled by a third-party preservation company rather than David’s Bridal itself.That third party ultimately lost my wedding dress and veil after confirmed delivery, and throughout months of back-and-forth, David’s Bridal did nothing to intervene, assist, or offer a solution.I repeatedly cc’d David’s Bridal customer service and media relations while trying to recover my gown. They remained silent. No advocacy, no escalation, no accommodation—just complete disengagement while their contracted partner handled (and mishandled) the situation.What is especially troubling is that there are public reviews going back years describing lost wedding gowns involving this same preservation pipeline. Despite this pattern, David’s Bridal continues to route customers to this third party without transparency or accountability.As of today, my wedding gown—worth approximately $5,000—and my sentimental veil are still missing, and David’s Bridal has offered no resolution of any kind.A company that positions itself as a steward of once-in-a-lifetime moments should not outsource responsibility and disappear when something goes wrong.

More than 7 bridesmaid had their order cancelled!
David's Bridal is not a trustworthy site to buy dresses. We have a wedding on January and the delivery date for most of the bridesmaid dresses were for mid December. Around late November and early December each order was cancelled. I checked the website but they still appear as available. It has been too big of an inconvenience to just leave be. This should not happen.

Superb service
Came in to David’s Bridal at the Altamonte mall, FL just to browse while a friend was parking a car, wasn’t really planning to shop there, was going to go to the big store next door to get a dress for the formal party. I was pleasantly surprised by friendly and welcoming staff , it drawn me in to look around. Shortly afterwards sales person Morgan M. started advising, pointing me into possibly suitable selection, and I ended up trying on a few options and walked out with the purchase! Morgan was super knowledgeable, so friendly and had such a good eye! She is an amazing sales person , a true gem in the retail industry. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a dress online and when it arrived I decided it wasn’t the one for me so I returned it. The return process is horrible. 3 calls where I waited over 1 1/2 hours and it took over a month to get my money back from the time I returned the dress. My daughter was going to order 7 bridesmaid dresses fro there and I told her my experience and they are going somewhere else. So disappointing.

Never shop here for a bridesmaid's dress or a Jacket (Bolero) for a dress. I had a bad experience with them. When I went to exchange the dress because the dress was too tight told the girl in cashier she making up some excuses bcuz she dont' have dress i just need to exchange and she wants to to go to cambridge to other location and I said,'' Im not going all the to Cambridge pick it up then i think manager or came and the girl in the cashier decided to exchange. Then I came back to get my (Bolreo)cuz it was in the other bag with a tight dress when I went the two girls dont assist me and denied everything that dress was in the bag in their shipping and receiving and said it's not there they said oh I misplaced or something and she said if you lost it I can ship it to you but you'll have to pick it up in another location but the way she talk to me is very rude and arrogant and two girls don't know what Bolero is till I show the reciept to them. And they never assist; they just stand there. But Still can't find them, so I walked out. I have never 10 yrs in my life seen so much bad customer service and disgusting attitude. They told me before that they're not allowed to sell to customers with dresses. I said, The girl sold it to me. And I don't know it seems like their laughing or hiding something because the other Bolero was in the other bag with that other dress when I exchanged everything. I would not recommend shopping here for any dress because the ladies their very rude and arrogant, and it's discrimination. Don't come here again!

Missing sequins, etc.
I ordered a dress and matching coat online. I noticed some missing sequins near the bottom of the jacket/ coat. I emailed the online customer service address three times and included a photo of the missing decoration. There were two email addresses and I tried both. I asked if I could have a replacement jacket. I never received an answer.

Disappointing experience all around
Disappointing experience all around. Lighting is awful and the quality of dresses are poor so you won't get a real feel. The person helping me even tried to convince me that I wasn't interested in the style of dress I was looking for and gave me any option outside of what I wanted. I honestly felt crappy leaving this appointment and thought maybe you just don't get "that" feeling. I am so thankful I had other appointment and found my dress almost instantly at the next appointment. On to my bridesmaids... I don't know all the details, but I know it's a mess. Multiple bridesmaids were incorrectly sized. Additionally, my MOH was assured if she order a certain length of dress, they could used the length and add a privacy panel. When we got to alterations, that was not an option (this is not anyone on the alterations teams fault- they were amazing) so they had to scrounge around and try to find an extra piece of fabric in the same color. One of the most important things I wanted for my days is for it to be low stress and relaxing. Davids bridal did the exact opposite. If you're a bride looking for a dress, I recommend going to Evas bridal. Bridesmaids, I'm not sure how to help... I can't believe it was messed up for multiple girls in my wedding.

Grouchy and unfriendly clerk.
This is for the Brookfield, WI location. Made an appointment for my daughter and her maid of honor to try on dresses. Arrived on time but David’s Bridal said they had no record of my appointment. After about 15 minutes they found someone to help us who was clearly annoyed by our presence. The grouchy clerk found my daughter a room to try two wedding dresses on that she had found during our 15 minute wait. The clerk never smiled and never talked with us. We never even looked at bridesmaid dresses and we had planned to do. Left after trying the two wedding dresses on and have since bought my daughter’s wedding dress at Vera’s instead.

My niece bought a dress online and when they realized that the price was wrong cancelled her ordered that was on sale then proceeded to want 2200 for the dress and offered her 30 percent off they are scammers please don’t order don’t buy anything from them go to small shops or order from other online bridal shops that will treat you like a customer not a number

Haven't gotten my order
Haven't gotten my more than half of order and it was supposed to arrive July 19th-24th. It's still processing! I'm missing 2 robes and a dress! I have contacted customer service so many times and the only thing they had to help was a 15% off my next order. I need the dress and robes ASAP for the bride! I tried to cancel my order but they said they couldn't do that either. I just want the order replaced with expedited shipping! I even paid for shipment protection! If it's the same and the other half of my order, it will take weeks to arrive after the label is made, I can't wait that long!

Getting a Refund takes over a month
My grandson's wedding was cancelled. It was within the return period. I sent dress back and I had the tracking number and know the exact time and date David's Bridal received the return. I have texted with them twice (because they do not answer their phone), but send a text link. Each time I texted with them, they said it would be 7 to 10 days until I get my refund. It has been a month now and still no refund. I have contacted creditor and filed a complaint. I have purchased from David's previously, but will never purchase again, as their customer service is terrible!

Went to just look for a dress and found the one. The stylist (Jeffery) was great: really helpful and worked with me on finding the right dress. Was able to find the dress that fitted my personality! No pushy or pressuring me to pick a dress I didn’t like.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. It wasn’t with the store, it was entirely online. I ordered the dress online that I tried on in store. I should have just taken the one I tried on in store, if I am being honest. I wanted to shop around which I did and just didn’t find anything that really fit as well as the one I ordered. Long story short - I received the dress in the mail on Friday. The dress was delivered in tissue paper and a packaged in a shipping bag. The dress is so wrinkled, it has to be steamed. There’s no choice. I would have expected this from Walmart/Amazon not David’s bridal. Not even a box? Or a garment bag? I am so upset. The cost of a steam is just about what I paid for the dress so now I’m into this dress for DOUBLE the cost. I’m so disgusted. The customer service is horrible. They did offer a free steam at a location over an hour from my home. I couldn’t commit to a date because I work a lot and I have active children so that wasn’t good enough. They also said if I wanted to return it I would pay 14.99 for the return fee which they will take out of my refund. I will never ever do business with David’s bridal again.

Hello, I’m the bride my appointment was set for 3:00 with my bridesmaids, I was told to go and look at some wedding dresses, I found a couple that I liked that we had took off the rack, One of the workers Approached my daughter-in-law with a attitude saying we are not allowed to be holding the dresses, she could have approached us nicer, and also at the front desk, they should have let us know we were not allowed to hold the dresses, Beautiful store but I gotta say they need more professionals I still got the dress and the lady that did help me was really nice.

Scammed, called names and charged for it!
First appointment was fine. Bought a dress. It was supposed to be in the beginning of April. I got a text and we went in but it was only her veil, no dress. So of course my daughter was disappointed. A few weeks go by so I have her call and check. She’s told that it’s and has been there for a while, she only had until that Monday to pick up. She calls a second time, panicked about not being able to get there in time and they give her a couple of more days. Still saying the dress is there. She takes off a half a day be cause we planned to have fun with it. My mom and I were going to find a dress and she was going to get hers. Mom and I had zero help. We pulled all of our own dresses. And then was told when my daughter arrived that her dress is not there. Disappointed and upset again. The manager calls as we were leaving and says that she called the warehouse and it would be here the 23rd. No dress on the 23rd. Finally, I get the text that her dress is here. Yayy! We make the same plan and try again. Her dress does not fit. It’s an entire size too small. The salesperson heard me say it was small and came over to stuff my daughter into this dress and make her sit down. She is popping out of this dress. There is barely enough fabric to cover her boob. The hook clasp was stretched to almost busting. So I tell my daughter to go on and I will see what to do. The manager proceeds to tell me that she can’t exchange the dress until she signs this one out. I argue and argue. Tell her several several times that I am not signing for this dress. I am not accepting this dress. Over and over she ignores me. Tells me the only way she can see how long the exchange will take it to sign my daughters dress out. I continue to say that I am not taking this dress. We came in and she fitted by your attendant. This is not our fault. She proceeds to sign the dress out. Then tells me that because they were able to stuff my kid in her dress and force it closed, they could not exchange it. That was the honest to god reason she gave me. Said it was alteration issue now. I said ok, return it. Because I didn’t have the original form of payment, I had to drive 40 mins home and back. I continued to let her know that I was not taking this dress and she decided to stand there and throw a tantrum screaming that she is going to lose her job. So sick of dealing with this unprofessional rude and nasty individual and to stop her tantrum I said Fine, go get the dress. She continues to stand there screaming at me that she was going to get security. I took the dress, went and got my bank card from my husband and returned. My daughter went in this time as I was still incredibly angry. The manager continues her tantrum with my daughter telling her that I was rude and threw a pen at her. That is an insane lie. But she continues to rant as she charges me a RESTOCKING fee. She charged me a $50 restocking fee. My daughter, sick of fighting and being scammed by these people, said her peace and turned to walk out. Ms Williams then proceeds to call my child a b*%ch. I am still fuming and will spend the day fighting for that restocking fee back. They scammed me right out of it and it’s not ok. I will not support a company that employees people like this. This day is a big deal and this woman ruined it.
