Darwin's shows compassion and understanding to customers.
One of our dogs had elevated lab results. The vet put him on a special diet. Turns out that the Darwin's WAS NOT THE CULPRIT and we ended up with an overstock of Darwin's. When I called the Customer Service Rep helped set up a new schedule. She was kind, understanding and showed respectin helping resolve our situation.

Excellent quality food
Excellent quality food; several choices depending on budget. I like that vegetables and bones are included in it. Super customer service. I can even go to the factory and pick up a special order.

In the five or so years I've been a customer I've only ever had 2 issues. Each time the customer service representatives and customer service they provided was exceptional! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and respond in a speedy manner.

Been feeding raw many years thought to try Darwins. Truthfully, its o.k....its only 70meat 30 veggies and the round puck shape is disappointing to try to portion properly vs a square or rectangle. Good they offer organics altho not a fan of sweet potato in the profile. Dogs like it and that what counts.

Our dogs love Darwin’s!
We have been getting your raw food for our 2 dogs for almost 4 years now and our dogs love it! Our basenji was able to drop 7lbs after we started feeding him raw.

Coco loves Darwin Food and is extremely fit and healthy

This food has been a miracle
I don't write reviews very often but I decided to try Darwin's because my cat, Erwin, was struggling with frequent diarrhea, vomiting, and seemed to be too skinny for his size - all this despite being on the highest quality canned food I could find (all meat, no seed oils or weird chemicals). I started off by switching out half his regular canned food for Darwin's and OVERNIGHT there was no more diarrhea, no more vomiting, and within two weeks I noticed he had put on some much-needed weight. I'm truly amazed. Also, I did the calculation and it turns out Darwin's is actually cheaper by weight than the canned food. So we're never going back and I am a very happy customer!!
