It needs instructions included
The good: I bought this for my injured dog, as it was recommended by her physiotherapist. It seems like a simple to use device. Quite user friendly -which is a good job!The bad: It is a shame it appears user friendly, because this alone could cause an issue. It doesn't come with instructions! 5 leaflets in the box, including one advertising other products, with different names, that all do the same thing. I had to go online to search for instructions. According to the instructions, it is easy to overuse this device and make healing slower/stop healing completely. This is important information and as such instructions must be included.This is the reason for only 3 stars. For a device costing over £300 one more leaflet, with instructions, is the least we should expect.
