CryptoPrevent is Garbage
d7xtech's main source of revenue is seriously outdated and uselesss program called Cryptoprevent that's meant to stop ransomwear, but causes more crashes than it does anything else. I had been a customer with them since 2017 and when I tried to cancel and get a refund for a paltry $30 order, the customer service rep Nick, was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. Their tech support is just as bad. I had a question for them and tried to get them to help me walk through it, but halfway through the tech just said "Sorry, I can't help you" and quit responding to emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OUT OF DATE SOFTWARE THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN IN MULTIPLE REVIEWS TO FAIL RANSOMWEAR TESTS!
