Nothing work, cannot withdraw my money
I deposited $104, got no product, only partial balance stuck ($93). Company does not respond or allow withdrawal. Avoid this company.

Refund refused
Purchased mobile cell topup which failed but instead of cancelling the transaction, the site forces you to purchase their own 'currency'. There is no contact methods that function on the site. I guessed and sent an email to support at their email domain but they refuse to refund and just tell me it's not their problem and to buy something else. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Refund never received – company stopped replying
I had a very bad experience with this company. After requesting a refund, I was told in writing that it had been initiated and that it would take a maximum of 10 business days. That deadline has long passed, yet no money has ever arrived in my account.When I followed up, they first kept repeating that the refund was processed, but never provided any proof. Now they have completely stopped replying to my emails.This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should not claim that a refund has been made when there is no evidence and the customer has clearly not received any money.I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting this service.

ı ordered gift card and it said failed. and my money ıs transfered my cysend account and ı cant buy what ı want and that balance ıs frozen ın there. There is no way for contact them and foundıng e mail. Im stilling waiting for solution... They need to know money is earning hard we work lot of hour for it

I had some problems, but the support service helped me to solve them. The order was received, everything is fine. (Read the terms of registration and use more carefully. BEFORE you pay.)

Horrible
Horrible! I paid 100 euros and then when tried buying a gift card they banned my account. I was chatting with their both for 2 week with 0 result. At the end they told me that they don't have my money. FRAUD

Biggest scam ever
Biggest scam ever. Ordered somethink and pay from visa. The money is on ure wallet, but always u order the card theres a scam Massage it wont be work. Money cant be use on the wallet. Support dont react after 3 days of typing. Take care, These Company only wanna steel ure money.

Please stay away from them. After successfully processing a transaction from your payment method, they would require an ID verification with a selfie through some dodgy 3rd-party company from you, that doesn't even work half the time, and about which there were absolutely no warnings before the purchase. More than that, there is absolutely no way in the world to contact their support through their website - the tickets created stay ignored, and the chat functionality with the chat bot there exists only to ignore you, after asking for "further details" about your support request - so there is no sensible way to ask them for refund. In the end you will probably end up without money, that they will gladly steal, without your gift card, because they would require some irrational ID verification, that doesn't even work, without a way to contact their support for refund, and quite likely with your personal data from your documents stolen.

I had tried many sites but cy.send is very very good and the customer support are professional and thanks to mr.Arber for solving my issue But you need to add Paypal as a payment method, trust me it will impact your website in a good manner Thanks again

Warning for this company
Warning for this company! I ordered 2 gift cards and just got the message that "it failed" and that the money now is on my Cy-account which actually means that they took my money with nothing in return. Lost 18 EUR. This is a scam and I am sorry I realised it to late!

You will never find were and how to write to customer service that means there is no any chance to refund your money back. Also there is a very suspicious verification process with ID card throw thrird company witch want to store all your data.

Why would you ask for passport details…
Why would you need my passport details to buy a simple gift card? If I’d known this, I’d never have ordered. Their customer support is no better—when I started asking questions, they just stopped replying.I asked for a refund and was told my account would be temporarily unavailable. That was fine, but when I logged in the next day, my account showed someone else’s details, a person named ASHRAF RACH from Thailand. How does that even happen? First, they ask for your sensitive info, and then your account gets taken over. This is a huge security issue. Don’t use this service.

CYSEND......has this site became a scam??????For 2 days now I am trying to top up my mobile using the gift card that's on my account but to no avail, This scam company wants me to sign and pay for exclusive deals at a cost of 49.99 euro, membership that I DO NOT WANT, now they have stop me from checking out at the payment pointunless I pay.....DUH
