1. They got rid of internal reviews on anime's2. Customer service is awful and not helpful3. Good luck on canceling your membership4. Says new episode released, but it's just re releasing an old episode.5. It doesn't matter if you use the website or the app, they both have server issues and bad connection.6. Ai translations that are incorrect.7. Monopolized and split half of their library on HiDIVE cause they own that too.
Over night they updated it Feb 22nd 2026. You have to get the highest premium for more than one season any anime. While giving every bit of your info besides your social security

HORRIBLE. I signed up for a whole year and it’s only been 1.5 months, but they are telling me pay again. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STREAMING PLATFORM? I feel like it is lying and bullying my kid and I, which is so upsetting. Something is wrong with their horrible programming.
Scammed me. I Can't log into my account to cancle the subscription. Reset password doesn't recognise my correct email address... so I cant enter the website to cancle it... don't pay these big corrupt businesses anything there evil.
Plenty to watch and overall not that bad, but I am extremely frustrated that I can't remove shows from continue watching. I literally try 1 episode of a show, realise it's garbage and blam! It's stuck there forever.I can never comprehend how a company so large isn't capable of noticing and/or repairing such a simple interface error, and I know from other user reviews that this is a shared frustration.But like, idk where else to go so ima keep giving them my money so I can finish chainsaw man lol.

Crunchyroll is absolute garbage. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for months, but they make it literally impossible. They keep telling me I have to cancel through Google Play — even though I do NOT have access to any Google Play account linked to my Crunchyroll account.Their support is completely useless and refuses to help, while they continue to charge me $10 every single month for a subscription I’ve been trying to cancel forever. This is straight-up scummy behavior.
I purchased a monthly membership. Well they toom the money from the account i selected then 2 hours later they took put another monthly membwrship for the same accoubt but on another card. When i asked for a refund they refused saying its not i. Their guidelines. First how do i even buy 2 memberships of the same month and time for the same account .. yeah bull! The subs and dubs on this app are not appeqring amymore the interface doesnt load right kr you the same show 7 times in a row on whatever list you browsing
Crunchyroll email me to offer me a year subscription for £39.99, but it was a lie. If you click the link they sent me, it's £47.99 a membership.They then tell me I have to cancel my current subscription price of £4.99 a month to get this offer, but that's also a lie.They later state that the price they emailed me is without tax included, which is just stupid, and the price the app shows me is with tax. Who does that? Who sends a promotional offer without including tax and without saying it does or doesn't include tax.I hate this company with a passion, but I also don't want to pirate anime, so I'm stuck
I used Crunchyroll for around 2 years, same pc, same browser. One day without apparent reason they blocked my account without any explanation. I contacted 3 times the customer support and they have no clue of what they are doing. honestly I cannot give an explanation because this is the entire story.
Tried to get a subscription to Crunchyroll. I’m hard of hearing and rely on Closed captioning. I found it very hard to set up Closed captioning, plus it never worked properly on my device. I don’t know why crunchy roll makes it so hard to set up compared to other streaming services. Canceled my subscription two days into it. Won’t be back.
I love how much variety they have. All easily accessable and constantly updated. My only complaint is the interface. I dislike not being able to see when my next payment will be.

i really love the shows on here. they are great but they can’t get there episodes straight. the first one will be in english then the next in korean or japanese. just wish they had them separate from each others. ruins the show for me
