So far so good

So far so good. Ordered customised hi tops for my wedding. It said 6-8 weeks delivery but arrived within 3 ! Exactly how I wanted them to look too. I haven't wore them yet but so far so good ! I love em !!

Bad quality

The quality for the shoes is really very bad. I spent almost sgd 80 to purchase a pair for my girl to wear to school. The sides of the shoes already torn after wearing for a month. Previously I bought a pair of shoes with no branding for sgd 40 and it can even last for a year. I will not purchase this brand anymore as it is not lasting.

Had to chase refund - why?

Please can you advise why you think it is acceptable for the customer to have to chase a refund 3 weeks after the item was delivered back to you? Why should this be the customer's responsibility? It should be automatic. If I hadn't checked my bank account I would have lost my refund. When I asked customer service about this their reply was: "The system failed like all systems do from time to time." That is not a valid or plausible response.

Wrong order shipped #35900063

Ordered a pair of leather, waterproof black hitop converse in the sales after Christmas 2025. I received a delivery quickly: within a week which was brilliant I thought but sadly this was premature glee as when I opened then box they had sent me the wrong style of converse NOT WATERPROOF! They were all black ✅ & size EUR 40, UK7 ✅ BUT not the boot style which I ordered in the sale. I called the Customer Support Telephone ☎️ but due to National Holidays in Germany 🤔😵‍💫 Converse Offices where closed until 02.01.2026. I now have to wait for their investigation into what has gone wrong.

False advertising

Purchased a pair of converse custom shoes for my son as a Christmas present. Knowing he has a wide foot, and not sure if the converse wide style would fit (and not being able to try wide sizes in town due to no one selling wide converse shoes) I triple checked the return/exchange policy. No where did it have a caveat that you could not return the custom orders. Even now, after I tried to return the shoes due to not fitting, there still is no mention of not being able to return customs. Apparently, their policy changed on custom returns 9 days before my order, however this was not mentioned on their website, which to me is a very bad business practice bordering on fraud. So now I am stuck with a $100 pair of paper weights.

I returned my package....still waiting for the refund since on the 19th......why are they even ignoring us.....I'm so disappointed with this company 🙄

Evri STOLE my Converse…

Update 18Dec25 - Sadly I did not/have not received my order, but I am pleased with Converse management of this in advising an investigation will start, a refund will be given and a good will gesture discount for a next purchase. Unfortunately, as long as Converse use Evri, I wont purchase directly from their website. Thanks Vega, for your support today. I think Evri have STOLEN my Converse order! (I will update my review and apologise if I get my order!) That being said, this review is not about Converse rather a review to encourage more retailers like Converse to strongly consider boycotting Evri as the preferred couriers of their goods (which are overall not cheap!) until they can get their act together! I ordered from Converse on the 6th Dec, and since the 10th Dec, after Evri confirming they have my parcel, the tracking updates have ceased! And as we know that AI bot is just going round and round in circles. I contacted Converse yesterday 15/12/25 and it is clear from the advisors response, they are perhaps used to hearing this and simply stated, give it one more day and call back, we will refund you! I mean that's good and all, but Evri are taking the mickey out of both retailers ad customers and I submit they are not fit for purpose.

Very poor customer service

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes.Order status showed package had left their facility and courier status was showing that it was awaiting the package - the status did not update for 12 days & all they offered was a refund that could take up to 8 days without even offering to try and locate the package or send an express replacement

Manufacturing faults in the shoes

I ordered a pair of pure white converses direct from them and when the shoes arrived one of the rings of the laces part was silver and not white. It's clearly a manufacturing issue but when contacting converse they said I would have to send them back, but I would have to pay an extra £5.50 to return them which is ridiculous. How can such a big company treat people like this and it was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Chuck Taylor All Star Loafer - Poor Quality

I purchased a pair of Chuck Taylor All Star Loafer and wore them four to five times. There is a plastic layer on the outsole peeling off.

Surprise present now isn’t. Disappointed.

The shoes I ordered as a gift were very competitively priced. However, due to their choice of courier, I couldn’t select the day of delivery. The consequence being my order arrived when I was out of the house and taken in by my partner. This wouldn’t have been such an issue, if the address label didn’t have ‘Converse Store’ listed as the sender. The result is, my surprise present isn’t a surprise anymore. So good product, great price. But service was a complete let down.

Awful experience

Awful experience.Paid through PayPal; when I checked the details on the order confirmation I noticed that the delivery address was wrong (no option to check before processing). I immediately contacted Converse customer service and was in disbelief that they could not a) amend or b) cancel the order.How I will receive my order is not very hit and miss as I will be relying on someone who receives the package to return or enjoy a couple of pairs of new Converse.I'll never use Converse evern again.

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible!I tried to check a delivery address was correct and was told it wasn’t and “they might deliver to the wrong address” then I was told they “couldn’t change it”!!Asked to cancel and refund, 12 days later still no refund and when I chased it I was told it could take ANOTHER 12 days!Please don’t order from here. Frustrating, unhelpful and zero customer respect. Not cheap and I can’t afford to lose this much money!

Great shoes, but completely useless at actually delivering anything!

Great shoes. Completely useless at actually delivering anything! My first order with Converse in 2024 was refunded because they found out they didn't have any stock. I tried again last week to buy some shoes. Their courier Evri (you can't choose) made one supposed attempt at delivery today, and now the shoes are on their way back to The Netherlands. Totally brainless company, I won't be making a third attempt!

Completely incompetent customer…

Completely incompetent customer service. Their shipping page says $20 for next business day shipping, but apparently that’s sometimes 2 business days if it’s after a cutoff. That part makes sense but they won’t admit that they simply need to have their tech team update the order page so it clearly says 2 business days (not 1 business day) if the current time is after the cutoff! Tried to work with them and they made all kinds of excuses to not refund me ANY portion of the shipping fee.

Honestly don’t think I’ve ever received…

Honestly don’t think I’ve ever received such poor customer service. Updated my new shipping address, their website glitched and defaulted to my original. I tried calling instantly as I noticed it as soon as as the order was placed. Told I can’t change it even though my billing address is correct, as they can’t prove it’s me. Worst still they won’t refund or cancel order even though it wasn’t processed.

Absolutely horrible to deal with…

Absolutely horrible company to deal with, the website will say there was an issue with the ordering process. However, when you contact their customer support they do nothing but say they are investigating the problem and refuse to refund your pending transactions.

Non existent customer service from Converse

Customer experience does not exist with Converse. Had issues with my Shoreline's and reached out. They replied asking for pics, proof of purchase and reason for contact. Provided all of the above and did not receive a response. Waited patiently. Reached out again. Nothing. Despicable. If Converse were not able to assist or if they did not know how to assist, the least the company could have done was to acknowledge my emails. Nothing. Absolutely disgusting behavior for an organization.

Ordered some converse for my…

Ordered some converse for my Granddaughter. At first I was told being delivered. Then told being sent back as damaged. So I contacted Converse and told them no goods received. Wanted money back. Day later they turn up in a battered box and dye transfer from trainers all over box. They offered me 10% off. No way. Ordered from elsewhere. If they were not a gift I wouldn’t have ordered again. Still awaiting money back. Stuck with trainers with no return label. Jury is out for now on customer services. Will get back to you if they fail miserably. Why do people pay extortionate prices for sub standard goods. I never use a company again if it fails me. Won’t ever purchase from converse again. Only did this time as I promised Granddaughter a pair. If I could put pictures on I would. Very disappointed Converse.
