Andrew is without doubt one of the best tradesmen I’ve ever dealt with — highly professional, electrically knowledgeable, meticulous in his work, and he left my home absolutely spotless.The Japanese toilet installation has been a fantastic investment, particularly for my elderly mother, giving her comfort, dignity, and ease of use. That said, it has also exceeded expectations for the whole household. The hygiene benefits are incredible, it’s far more sustainable, and you genuinely use far less toilet roll — a win on every level.There was absolutely no hard sell, just honest advice and a smooth, stress-free installation. From the initial consultation through to the final product, the experience has been first-class. Andrew from Comfort Cleanse is amazing - he is both a qualified electrician and a plumber. He handled all aspects of installing my smart bidet and new toilet from the wiring to the plumbing and a bit of carpentry too. Very thorough, pays attention to detail, fair price for installing everything and the work was top notch. Do not hesitate to hire him to install an electronic bidet seat or smart toilet!

We really appreciate the prompt installation of an Uspa Washlet with a pedestal WC pan too. All messages were actioned promptly and target times and dates met exactly on time.Coronavirus is making difficulties for us all and Andrew our installer promised he would be wearing mask and gloves whilst at our property and of course keeping safe social distancing.For our part we prepared our bathroom using bleach to minimise bacterial risks to our installer. Our time in near proximity was reduced by us being able to guide Andrew to the location of the control cocks for water supplies including mains and the hot and cold services to the bathroom. The survey was expedited by us quickly showing Andrew the mains switchboard and the location of the nearest power point to the bathroom from which a spur power supply could be taken. It was in an adjoining bedroom.We found the ComfortCleanse was best able to help us if we provided as certain amount of intimate information. You can only do this with a company you feel able to TRUST. We were able to extend this trust to ComfortCleanse.Our initial answer for purchasing the unit was we had used bidets on the continent and found them excellent help toward improved hygiene. Perhaps the true answer should have been that with increasing age there was a tendency for the eldest member of the household to use increased amounts of toilet tissue to keep clean.On an initial test drive it was a little disappointing to find faint faecal residues on toilet tissue used for a final check.Perhaps some of the super high pressure jets encountered on the continent would be illegal in the UK! We were able to have useful and confidential discussion on this issue as there could be dangers associated with use of water jets that are too highly pressured.I agree with Andrew that the safe solution for the perfectly clean anal area may be two programmed washes and we are trying the oscillating and sitz variations.At the end of the day our household will much reduce the use of toilet tissue and this will be advantageous to the environment. It will also keep us free from panic buying shortages :)
