I have no idea why anyone would go …
I have no idea why anyone would go anywhere else for flooring. The quality paired with the value beats anything we've ever looked at. Pair this with a sales staff that goes above and beyond and by far the most qualified installers out there. We purchased 4 rooms and 1 set of stairs for carpet and a stunningly beautiful bamboo floor. I can't recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One enough.

Justin is a true gentleman and excellent salesman. He cares that the customer is getting the right product for the project. He is very professional! Justin is prompt with his scheduled visit and follow-up contact.Our installer knew how to do the job and kept his work tidy during the floor installation. Great experience!

I've always used Columbia Rug and have never been disappointed. They gave me the quality of product I wanted while keeping the cost within budget. Justin made recommendations that made me feel like he cared as if he was flooring his own home. He also kept me in the loop before install and followed up after install. The owner is also most always on site. I happily enjoy supporting local business and working with this team of professionals!

Our experience working with Columbia Rug and Justin has been stellar!Justin's sense of urgency to not only meet, but exceed our expectations, was evident in all he provided. From a detailed and accurate survey / measurement of our space to following though on assuring all aspects from delivery to install were timely and professional. The Values of Columbia Rug were evident in all Justin provided for us. We found that the installer, Michael Harris was also focused on our needs and provided a professional install. Michael but an emphasis on assuring the patterns match up with all his seams and demonstrated an eye for detail. These customer focused Values, exhibited by all the staff, will assure us, again, to reach out to Columbia Rug for any needs in the future!

The best you can do for floor coverings and service
No owner of any business could have been as kind and helpful to me as Ted Plotkin, owner of Columbia Rug and Carpet. Long story short: I acquired a property in 2017 that had floor coverings purchased in 2003 from Columbia but there was a problem. I asked Mr Plotkin if he could take a look at it. When he learned the floor coverings were purchased through Columbia, there was no hesitation that he would stand behind the transaction, 100%. Keep in mind that this was from 14 years ago, and I was not the original purchaser. Mr Plotkin treated me like his most valued customer. His staff were wonderful with many years of experience with both floor coverings and decorating. His installers treated my property better than I treat it. Clean, quick, thorough, and professional. Thank you David and helper! Why shop Big Box? You can't find staff, they don't know what they're doing and you wont find them again. Work is contracted out, and try getting help on a 1-800 number. Mr Plotkin owns the store and works there. He is always there, and stands behind his product.. I bought something else from them around 40 years ago, that's how long they've been in the same location. Who has been around for 40 years? Big box didn't even exist then. Do yourself a favor and walk into the store. It's beautiful, with every type of floor covering imaginable, with great prices and service.

It is a pleasure doing business with Columbia Rug Carpet One. Their staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Their products line is extensive, and the quality is excellent. Their installers are efficient and skilled. I don't consider any other company when purchasing flooring.

We recently had a lot of remodeling done by Columbia One. Our experience with all products and staff have been amazing. All staff (Jason, Zach, Jacob and Bill) were extremely hard working, friendly, polite and strived to make our renovations stress free! They answered all our questions with patience and kindness. We, also appreciated their promptness and attention to detail.A special thank you to Justin Davis for ordering products, scheduling workers and keeping us informed every step of the way! He is a definite asset to Columbia One.

My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask …
My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask for a donation for a benefit that we are having. We were greeted by Justin Davis and without hesitation, Justin was very happy to donate 2 rugs! We also found 3 area rugs that we purchases to raffle off at my cousin's cancer benefit! We enjoyed talking with Justin as we was very kind and understanding! What separates the good apples from the not so good apples!
Needed to have our downstairs updated. Needed help with the type of flooring, plus needed help in order to have flooring people and painters to work together with a schedule that would work for everbody. Could't have asked more from Columbia Rug in that they did everything humanly possible to have this project completed to our utmost satisfaction. They and the people who did the flooring work were both professional but also very polite and easy to work with. My hat is off to you people. Thank you very much!

Love working with Columbia Rug Carpet One
I am a Home Stager and own Simply Organized & Staged. I have been working with Columbia Rug Carpet One for over 10 years now. They have been wonderful to work with, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Every one of the sales and support staff are friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved and needed to replace some carpet in my new home. The process was easy and fast. We had the room measured and got the bid back quickly, the carpet we selected was installed professionally and looks amazing. The installers were pleasant and even vacuumed the carpet for us before they left. I would and do recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One!

I would recommend Columbia Rug to anyone with floorcovering needs. The showroom was beautiful, and the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. Justin made the carpet selection process very easy, and the installation crew was very professional. I love my new carpet, and will definitely go back for more flooring in the future!
