First visit of many to come!
Had a compound setup appointment today with Damien and what a learning experience! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful chap and a great couple of hours! Will without a doubt be shooting better after today's help! His dog Lenny was an absolute cutey too! Will make sure I have a pocket full of treats next time too!

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. Testing new bows and setup in store well worth the overnight stay in Norwich Yes you need to book an appointment but the personal attention is fantasticHighly recommended

Amazing Service. This is the second time I have purchased arrows from this company and I will use them again. Ordered 8 new arrows using their straightforward and excellent on-line ordering service specifying my personal requirements on Thursday morning and my arrows were delivered on Saturday. Well made and just as ordered, I am very pleased with my new arrows and will be using them tomorrow. Thank you Clickers for your excellent service once again.

I had an issue with one of the limbs on…
I had an issue with one of the limbs on my Mathews Bow. I emailed Clickers on the Tuesday a full set of limbs was delivered at 10am Friday with no cost to myself not even postage. Best service of any company I have dealt with.

Small shop - big performance
Superb customer service and communication from Declan. Nice to have a high quality Mathews distributor. Really impressed each time I've used the online service, nice website with great descriptions fast and reliable postage. I hope Clickers keeps building on their success to expand their range and services whilst maintaining that small friendly personal feel. Excellent...I just wish you were closer geographically!

Reputable archery shop
Bought a compund bow press. It was out of stock, but they communicated clearly with me when to expect it, and delivered accordingly. A good experience.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered most of my setup from them both through the online shopping cart as well as direct correspondence by email for quotation. Issues are always dealt with by the knowledgeable staff and cannot fault them when they do occur. Special mention to Jed who has been responsive and exceptionally patient.
