A ClassPass Partner since 2021...

Our beauty studio has been a ClassPass Partner since 2/19/2021, and we couldn't be more pleased with the partnership. It's been a great help in exposing our business to new clients in our area. Tech support is highly responsive and works hard to resolve issues quickly. Payments are seamless and always on time, making them one of our favorite partners.The only downside is that it doesn't integrate with the Zenoti Appointments software at this time, but it's not a dealbreaker for us. Their simple, easy-to-use dashboard makes managing reservations a cinch. And, they offer lots of reporting if analytics are your thing.If you're considering partnering with ClassPass, we highly recommend them!

Purchased the trial for 5aed and not able to use if

Purchased the trial for 5aed. Then once setup and the money was taken I was not able to book any classes as I was ‘not eligible for the trial’. So they take your money first and block you once paid. Just do privlee

Adrian is wonderful!

Adrian was very helpful the entire time we worked together! She was very quick and prompt and friendly to answer all my questions and walked me through the set up process so pleasantly! She made something that seemed daunting to be actually very easy and comfortable and I am so appreciative! I am excited to be getting started with ClassPass! Thank you Adrian!

Terrible experience

Terrible. This company isn’t in the fitness business they’re in the money business.I hurt my hip and I had to go through weeks of testing to find out what was wrong MRIs x-rays surgeons, all kinds of things, and I had to take time off from the gym.I contacted customer service with proof of all of this, and they didn’t even offer to pause my membership. All they cared about was getting their money. I will never use class pass and I will tell everyone about my experience.I go to New York Sports Club by the way, and I highly recommend them.The date of my experience is approximate.

scammers

scammers. got the £159 package,saw how much the classes are so decided to upgrade to a £249 package. did it within an hour. they charged me twice, instead of refunding the first amount!! talked to ppl on the app, the worst customer service ever, where they all copy paste generic answers and close the chat before you ve completed asking the questions. just cancelled the membership. not going to give my money to this company.
