Wonderful Salesman, Installers Need Improvement
Our salesman at the Owasso store was great and it was a good experience. Not as happy with installers. Did good job on install but knocked paint off door trims and baseboard when moving furniture in and out and installing of carpet. Also reinstalled closet doors incorrectly so now they can't be shut properly. Overall I would use the Owasso store again but probably request different installers.

Love the carpet, disappointed in response re concern
The salesman and the staff at the store were very nice. Installation went well. Carpet looks great. The only problem was when we had an unexpected large snag within a week of installation, I contacted the store, and sent a clear photo of the issue. This was the first week in November. No one followed up until December 16. I ordered the carpet in October to make sure everything was perfect for Thanksgiving. To not get a call until 10 days before Christmas seems a little nonchalant to me.

Installers did great job! I couldn't have been happier. Jared at store was most helpful when I had problems arise the day before carpet was to be installed. He was knowledgeable about the products I was considering. He's a great salesman!!

Excellent service and installation
Recommend Carpet One in Owasso, OK to anyone looking for new flooring. Our salesperson, Don, was knowledgeable and patient and the installation was stress free. It was a great experience.

Good work on day one cleanup on day two not as good Left caulking on the flooring
Caulking dropped on flooring and not cleaned up. Bothcrews did a good job installing

Friendly staff,great installers,good price
The salesman was friendly and helpful in my carpet /pad choices.The installers we friendly,courtious,helpful in moving the rest of my furniture.They tore out and replaced over 550 sq ft of carpet and helped me move some of the furniture I needed moved in about 3 hours.They cleaned up,vacuumed,thanked me and left with no mess.Job well done
