Absolutely loved it

Absolutely loved it. Teeth felt so clean as good or better than a traditional cleaning. They custom fit you for whitening trays. No upsell pressure but their early cavity solution is quite good and very affordable.

WARNING - BEWARE - I WAS SCAMMED & DEFRAUDED

I went for an initial visit. I purchased a yearly membership. Office space is weird; it's located in a We Work Space. They told me a need a deep clean which would cost $700 and scheduled me for 8 days later (tomorrow, Feb 20 @ 8:30AM). I returned home, cancelled the Wally appointment, made an appointment with my regular dentist who has a fully equipped professional office. I had a full check up and deep clean for $160 including my 2026 deductible. I was shocked to see Wally Dental charge my credit card $680. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will be contacting NYC's Department of Investigations Fraud and Corruption Division.

Top tier

From the time I walked into the building, was greeted with a pleasant demeanor and handled with care. The staff are very thorough and answered all questions efficiently and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend anyone to them, and it is cost efficient along with payment plans if needed.

These seem like bot reviews

These seem like bot reviews. Here's the deal: You go there and get a comprehensive exam. If you need any dental care, which you will need, then you CANNOT schedule any more unlimited cleanings until you get the treatment done and 6 weeks afterward to see if the gums are healing. Also, the unlimited whitening doesn't start until you get your trays which will take at least a month. The cleaning, wasn't impressive. I would rather have a the dental hygienist at my regular dental office do the cleaning. Deep cleaning per tooth is 40The stuff for baby cavities is 150 per cavity. For fillings they will refer you to someone.

The actual visit was good as far as the…

The actual visit was good as far as the cleaning, X-rays and prep for the whitening trays.Unfortunately all the additional information about my teeth was all wrong. The hygienist was insisting multiple times that I needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth and the dentist who examined my teeth online said I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled and needed work on another tooth and I should get it done as soon as possible because both teeth are in danger of cracking.I was a little bit surprised because just six months ago I had been to the dentist and there were none of these issues, but I did take them seriously and made a dental appointment for the next day.Where the dentist who actually examined my teeth, said there was nothing wrong with them. She did say they did a good job with the cleaning. We’ll see how the trays come I’m hoping they work as good as I’ve heard they do.Moving forward, I would be getting additional cleanings there are but certainly not taking any dental advice.

this was the best dental experience I had as far as booking appointment being able to experience the newest technology on dental care having a hygienist that was very gentle very anal and clear on steps that were needed. I was even running a little late in Williamsburg location, still saw me as scheduled. I have nothing to say but great things about this location their team and their work great job.

Misleading marketing + predatory lock-in + no real customer support

1 star (if I could give 0, I would). Misleading marketing + predatory lock-in + no real customer support.I signed up for Wally Dental / Care by Wally because their ads heavily push “Swiss-engineered Airflow® technology” and “pain-free cleanings that replace traditional metal scraping tools.” I specifically chose them because I do not want my teeth scraped.Reality: they still used scraping tools on my teeth during my cleaning. The experience did not match what they advertise, and I feel like I fell for tactical marketing meant to lure people in.On top of that, the membership is essentially a 1-year lock-in. Once you use a cleaning service, you’re locked in for the year — no cancellation, no refund. That’s the kind of thing people need to know before they sign up.The appointment itself also turned into a sales pitch. After my first cleaning, the clinician aggressively tried to sell me a filling. I firmly said no, and it still felt pushy and uncomfortable. The worst part is their “support.” They push an automated text-only number (1-888-335-2957) that they market like an AI bot. You can’t call it — only text. And they use the same number for both marketing blasts and essential appointment communications (reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, questions). Their website also doesn’t let you properly manage appointments. So if you need help, you’re basically forced to text this number and “opt in” to receiving messages.I was getting massive marketing messages from that number. I replied STOP to stop the marketing… and it also stopped all essential customer service communications. After that, I couldn’t effectively communicate with them. There was no real way to talk to a human, so I literally had to show up at the clinic in person multiple times just to raise basic concerns. That is unacceptable for a healthcare service.I also found that they’ve been sued federally over unwanted marketing texts before. Here’s one case you can look up:Frederick v. Wally Health, Inc. d/b/a Care by Wally, et al., S.D.N.Y. 1:23-cv-10363 (TCPA / marketing texts; default judgment entered and the case closed). In the current climate, it’s wild that businesses are still allowed to run setups that feel designed to pressure consumers, lock them in, and make it hard to opt out of marketing without losing basic service communication. They’re running a Valentine’s Day promotion right now — consider this a warning: don’t fall for the gimmick. I’m cutting my losses and walking away—after reading other reviews, I honestly feel lucky that money is the only thing I lost. Based on what others describe, it seems like this could easily cross into actual harm or injury, and I’m not willing to risk that.

Better Chairs

Better ChairsI loved the service, it was exactly what I needed and was looking for. The staff was patient, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. However, the chairs need to be switched out to a different color maybe. I went to the Midtown East location and the particular chairs I sat in were visibly changed in color. These were white chairs that are now dark in the center. Maybe light gray chairs with a complete plastic covering?
