I TRIED to purchase a replacement battery for my cap, but they are now not available to purchase online. So, I have a $2600. cap that i am not able to use... pretty frustrating
Very quick and polite response as well as a good answer to my question.
We bought the cap and Lou used it as instructed but the battery does not hold a charge.Nobody has the battery !!?!Why can’t some person call or send the link to purchase a battery?
I asked to change the color of my face mask to lilac and although the Black already shipped, Christina in customer service took it upon herself to make the change, deliver the replacement within 1 day and provided a paid UPS label for return.
Very helpful, spoke with a person directly and answered all my questions.

I have not needed to contact the company for five years, but recently my battery pack for my cap was not charging for as long as it used to. Christina, the phone rep was amazing . She figured out which cap I had and sent it over within days! I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!
I do not agree with Capillus unopened box policy but the representative remained focused. She was able to offer me two options for my desire to upgrade my pro S2.
