melissa/lemon balm supplement is…
their melissa/lemon balm supplement is full of fillers, specifically 3 different anti caking agents. i bought it to try a different cheaper one & noticed the capsules were brown/tan instead of green (as a supplement of a green leafy plant should be) like the one i usually buy. So i looked at the ingredients & was shocked to find THREE different anti caking agents, one of which is toxic if taken enough- like daily. It also had no actual leaf but only extract.

Their vitamins damage your DNA and contain Cyanide.
Their B-12 vitamin is made from Cyanide. Once your body absorbs the vitamin, cyanide remains in your body. Also, titanium dioxide is used in some of their products. Titanium dioxide causes damage to DNA and is illegal in Europe. I've been using their products for decades but slowly changing my supplier according to their bad decisions.

Would be 5 ⭐️ but unconscionable that UCII bottles 1/4 full. I buy 12-14 at a time. Last order of 14 fit into 3 bottles. Waste of plastic and worse contributes to pollution!Very little plastic recycled and ends up in landfills.

Their website is very screwed up
Their website is very screwed up. Long time customer, have not been online for a while. I note that the last TrustPilot review was FOUR years ago! I had to re-establish my account. They still have my address wrong and have not connected my purchase history to my new account. Chat person tried to be helpful, but admitted that their website was in poor condition. They need to fire their webmaster!

Quality, Trustworthy Products.
I have been using Bronson for the past couple of years. I order it from Australia. I have never had a problem. I just ordered a batch of supplements and it arrived in less about a week. Quality. I recommend.

Good; no problems
Skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews. But since Bronson were the only company selling the pills i was after, i went ahead and placed an order; a week or so later, they arrived at my doorstep in NSW, Australia. Happy; would buy from Bronson vitamins again. Four stars as they were out of stock of the large sized bottles; otherwise i'd rate five

Supplied out of date products
Delivered a bottle of vitamins which were past the expiry date. Emailed a week ago asking if they would resolve this issue and they decided to ignore my email. 1 star for not operating a proper stock control process (and not the first time if you look at the reviews) and 1 star for rubbish customer services. What they supply is obviously cheap for a reason.

Don't buy it. Trust me. Bronson used my credit card to charge twice and never respond my email. Never receive a parcel!!!!!! Don't buy it!!!!!

Very good service received and quick delivery
I was a bit nervous ordering after reading the negative reviews but I received my order within 5 days so I’m pleased with the service received. If the product I ordered is good I will be ordering from Bronson again.

Blatant false advertising
Krill advert says: "180 x 1000 mg softgels". You actually get 180 x 500 mg softgels. Really disappointed to receive half of what I expected

I blindly ordered from this site not having read any reviews and was wildly impressed. I ordered a bottle of Melatonin and a bottle of probiotics to New Zealand and it arrived within a week. My parcels from Australia that I ordered a week before haven't even arrived. Stoked!
