Zero after sale service!

Zero after sale service!I was assured that the “Premium Brompton Service” would address the long-standing after-sales service issues the company faces. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.When I visited the Junction yesterday to use the supposedly fast service for my electric Brompton, I was told that it is fully booked until further notice. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the promises made about improved service access.It’s difficult to understand how Brompton plans to resolve its after-sales service challenges while continuing to sell more and more products without strengthening service capacity. Good products must be supported by reliable and accessible customer care — otherwise, customer confidence will inevitably suffer.

I have ridden Bromptons since the late…

I have ridden Bromptons since the late 1990s, and have owned five. The ongoing technical advance of the bikes is extraordinary, and the P line still exceeds my expectations and delights me. I use it for a 16 mile daily return journey and my pleasure with the ride is undimmed.

Brompton Bicycle is the best ever…

Brompton Bicycle is the best ever folding bike in the entire planet, because you know everything are fall in the right and proper places when it folds and unfold. The seemless biking so perfect specially the C line 12 speed. It makes you feel like floating in the air so relaxing and enjoyable to ride and a lot of people I come across with always have a good comments, it's so cute, so handy, so light etc. And what makes it great is the after sales program. I had a little issue with my C line upon delivery so I tried to contact Brompton and its so wonderful experience because their representative Karen and most specially David is the best of the best! he given me superior support with care. He walk me thru the process, guided me and never stop caring until a bit problem was resolved. What can you ask for? I had none! i'am so grateful and confident to ride my Brompton, the best choice I ever did and nothing to worry, because I know Brompton support team will be there when I need them. Thank you again Brompton, Karen and most specially David, man you're the best. God bless you...

Very rude and snobby staff

Very rude and snobby staff. I went into the shop and not only did they have no real knowledge about what they were selling, but when you’re looking at a bike that costs £5,000, you expect the salesperson to know what they’re talking about.When I mentioned that the information wasn’t correct because I had already researched it before coming to the shop he replied with an attitude. Very unprofessional behaviour, like a pathetic little boy.

Absolutely brilliant service from a UK manufacturer!

I experienced a small part failure on my electric C line battery, I contacted Brompton via their web site and had a response within a couple of hours. After confirming purchase information I received an email advising the whole battery would be replaced with the now upgraded model including a new charger and bag carrier frame. Absolutely brilliant service from a UK manufacturer!

I had such a positive experience at Brompton Cycles near Halfords in Lewisham. I came in with an issue with my pram, and even though they’re a bike shop, the team went out of their way to help me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely determined to sort out the problem.What really stood out was their willingness to help and their positive attitude throughout. They didn’t rush me or make me feel like it wasn’t their problem — instead, they took the time to properly look at it and made sure everything was sorted before I left.It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days. I’m very grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Lewisham area. Fantastic service and lovely people!

Cracking lease on the Brompton at £35 /…

Cracking lease on the Brompton at £35 / month and no more running around looking for lime bikes. Plus a free leg workout as there is no electric in the one I chose, but it has 6 gears which is enough for my Central to East London based work commitments.

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a NEW bike I was sent an old, used, broken, loaner bike. When I tried to call customer service, there was NO contact phone number—Customer service is via on-line AI. It was very difficult to get a live agent in the chat. Once I did get a live person in the chat, it felt like they were implying this was somehow my fault the wrong bike was sent to me. BTW, this person was in the UK, I am in the US. I was informed a case was opened and a US rep would reach out. A lot of back and forth via e-mail (no phone call), the original bike I ordered was no longer in stock or available, their initial solution was I keep the broken piece of crap they had sent me, I take it to a bike shop to have it checked out for safety and they’d cover the cost of that. I sent everything back to them, demanded a prompt full refund and took my business elsewhere.
