We initially selected carpeting for our stairs that turned out to be much more than we anticipated. Fortunately, our sales person Matt found us a very nice substitute for 30% less. Matt was extremely helpful . We also had a great experience with the installers who got rid of the old carpeting quickly while installing the new carpeting just as quickly . Will definitely use again when the need arises .

I worked with Pam for two jobs that I was interested in completed, carpet in 2 rooms and the kitchen floor. Bradford Carpet did a wonderful job, samples to take home to determine final selection, measurements, answering questions, install team and the list goes on, everything went smoothly and visitors have complimented. I'm looking forward to working with Bradford again. GREAT JOB EVERYONE....THANKS!!!

Quick service, professional install, and looks great!
Pam at Bradford Carpet did a wonderful job helping us with our stair runner. After going over our likes and dislikes, we chose a design within 20 minutes. She came out personally for the measurements, and the install team came out the following week. Everything went perfectly, couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the beautiful stair runner, we've gotten loads of compliments already!

Easy Carpet Installation
I was just browsing the day that I went into Bradford Carpet. I was overwhelmed by the selection. I spoke to Dave and he answered all my questions. I took some samples home. Dave came that day to measure. I returned the samples and booked the appointment. It was the most stress free project that I've ever done in my home. The installation men came and were on time. They worked very hard and finished the two rooms, two flights of stairs and two small landings in 6 hours. The carpet is great and I'm very happy with my choices. The service at Bradford is great. I would highly recommend using them for your flooring needs.

Great install
Dave is a very experienced sales person (25+ years) and he made sure we had a great install. We really appreciated the Tempurpedic pad suggestion. It makes our basic Karastan Berber feel great and because he came out and measured himself the seems are almost completely invisible.

Good product, awful customer service
October 8, 2016 I visited Bradford Carpet One. First visit to store was pleasant, met with Pam. On 10/11/16 I dropped off half of the cost of the floor and I was told the floor could be installed in about a week. No call received after a week, so I called the store and left a message for Pam. No call back. Left another message two days later, no call back. Third time I called a man told me that my floor was due in on the 19th of October, but it didn't come in and he didn't know what the status was. He would have Pam call me back. No call. Finally I called the store the last week of October. Pam told me that a "crew" could be there on Saturday between 9-10 and it would take about 3 hours. I accepted that date. I asked for a text message with the name of the installer so I would know who was in charge. She texted me his name shortly after and ended the text saying see you Saturday. On Saturday October 29, 2016, 3 men showed up at 10:15 an I was told only one of them would be staying to do my floor as the store had booked another job at the same time at a different location. He was very apologetic but there was nothing he could do. So rather than being done at 1:00-1:30 as I was told, it took the one worker til 5:30 to finish. Needless to say, my plans for the day had to be cancelled. Pam never showed up or called until November 9, looking for the balance due. She said she would send out care instructions for the floor, which as of today, November 28, 2016, have not arrived. I will not do business, nor would I recommend friends to do business with this store, ever again.
