At first glance, a serious company with good products at competitive prices with a description of good support and service. With my first order, I found out that this is not exactly the case. My purchase was sent on time, but with the most fake courier company possible, which has not been operating in my country for a long time. Accordingly, my delivery got stuck somewhere without real tracking information, and Bluetti support does not answer any inquiries. This means that they cannot provide any warranty support and customer support at all. Everything that is described as support seems to be fake and should be kept in mind when purchasing. Overall the products look nice, but for now, even though I made a purchase, I don't have a chance to test the product.By the way, eventually, with a long delay (due to the local courier company), the charging station arrived. It looks and works very well and seems like a very good deal for this price.
A nightmare from the start. Given thousands of Bluetti bucks due to how many problems i have had with Bluetti, but can't actually spend them on anything useful that I want, just some cables I don't need. Wish I'd never purchased from them now and told them to keep their useless bucks and delete my account and details.
Very poor handling of a return. Customer service is difficult to reach, only via a chat app on the website, and they are unable to assist you further.The ordered product was returned by GLS without reason, but I have not yet received any money or anything else.
Superb product and great service. I’ve just read some of the reviews here and am stunned by them - it certainly doesn’t reflect my experiences. I think some may be due to couriers which has nothing to do with the product or service. Anyhow - I have bought a number of things and am thrilled either way them. I bought two Apex 300 + 2 b300k batteries and a hub d1 & charger1 I’d been torn between the Ecoflow system and this but saw people had major issues getting help if anything went wrong, so opted for Bluetti when I saw that they had a strong online Facebook presence and a ‘squad’ to help if you had questions or problems. I’ve just bought a 350w solar panel which is superb and a handsfree2 backpack with power station which is just awesome. I’ve also just bought two small elite 30 v2’s for Christmas gifts. These power stations are SO easy to use & are really good. We want to power our home (backup) as well as our motorhome. We bought the hands free for photography use. I’ll definitely be buying more. Join their Facebook groups for each country. I do not work for Bluetti nor was I asked to write this review. It is a genuine opinion.
They are using multiple low cost logistics companies to ship their products in Europe. More of the than not, shippments are split up, re-routed and lost. That is my experience.
I wanted to buy a set up for my RV but their website is probably the worst user friendly site I have ever visited. Impossible to navigate and see if they got the items in stock or not. At one page it said pre order and on another it just added the item to the cart without any pre order sign. Exactly the same product. That is just one example of whats not working.They need to leave Shopify which is very amateur and get a decent working site that actually makes sence so its easier to see which products is compatible with another etc.
Absolute shameful service! I have needed a battery with a solar panel for a travel project to do video content.I don't recommend buying the battery on the official website as there is some problem with the payment gate. I could not make payment several times, where I could not establish if payment was transferred or not. Even if my luxtrust accepted the payment, money has not been deducted. That was not the biggest problem at the end.I have changed the way of transfer. However, I have not spotted that address automatically, which has changed to address 1000km away, where I do not live for 15 years. Luckily, I have spotted right away that this did not change anything as you don't get hold of anybody on the company, and they do not have the power to do anything. Just automated the answer machine. I have spoken on Monday with a service team member. She had transferred the request to a different team that has 24 hours for the answer.Week of stress. Product delivered, but not to me. Jokers!
Received equipment in timley order. Customer service was great in helping me setup equipment.
I placed an order on 2/12/25 at noon EST for the following items below:Bluetti AC500, B300S Battery, 350 Solar unit, totaling 3,591.79 taxes included. Received an order confirmation stating, "We're getting your order ready to be shipped; we will notify you when it has been sent." I checked my bank account and saw that the order went through successfully. Later that day at 9:20 pm EST, I received another email saying: "Sorry that your order got canceled because our system detected it as high-risk order If you still want the product, please send the same amount you paid to our bank account:BLUETTI POWER INCaccount 54167017ABA:xxxxxxxx209swift CITIUS33DELbank name: Citibank, N.A. Delaware Branchbank address:One Penn's Way New Castle, DE 19720Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.This is absurd on all levels. I contacted their customer service, and the representative told me they would escalate a message to the sales team regarding the order to see if they could process it. I was advised that the payment was pending.I contacted my bank, and Bank of America confirmed the payment was released to the company.I called the company again, and before I even introduced myself, they already knew my name. The representative I spoke with explained that my order had been put on hold for my protection to encourage me to call in. Now that I’ve reached out, they assured me that my order would be shipped within two days.I mentioned that I received an email with a bank account number, which made me uneasy. The representative asked me to hold and then returned to say he had given me incorrect information. He clarified that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days.If this isn’t discriminatory AND unethical, I don’t know what is. A company that accepts online card payments shouldn’t require me to make payment through a wire transfer, where I will be charged a fee. This feels unjust and like a scam, and I believe they owe me an apology and should be investigated for these practices.
SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!If I give this negative starts I would! They charged my credit card 7500.00. They contacted us and told us there was a cord that was out of stock so they would not ship until they received this. ONE MONTH later I contacted by email to cancel my order, because lets face it, one month for a cord is outrageous! Suddenly instead of confirmation of the cancelled order I get an email to say one of the items has shipped. I made a phone call today Feb 12/25 and spoke to ULI or ULY (no last name provided) and now they want to charge a fee to cancel the order! Right after this phone call I get two more emails to say one more item has shipped! What happened to shipping it all at once? I'm out $7500.00 and I will be contacting the BBB of Canada to make a complaint as well!
BLUETTI's officially certified refurbished support was of no help when they couldn't resolve my device's issues, and they never offered to exchange it under the 2-year warranty. It's been less than a year since I purchased this unit. Their strategy seems to be to exhaust consumers until we decide to cut our losses and move on.The company has earned an "F" rating from the U.S. organization dedicated to promoting honesty and fairness in business transactions.Bottom line: Read all of the negative reviews before you purchase. I recommend that you pay more for a U.S.-based brand, even though their products are made in China, as well. At least there will be some modicum of accountability.
I placed an order (order number SPF-EU-41102) 25 days ago...I had zero trust in this company, fearing that could be a scam website, so I tried to select any payment type that allow me to pay later or when I receive the item but the only available payment type was paid immediatelly..So I purchased and paid in full my order!... then: days and days with NO information, No emails at all... I got in contact with Bluetti now multiple times via chat and they are just covering you with empty "sorry" without doing anything and without giving you any meaningful information!You are forced to speak via chat with an helpless operator with fake name (Ornella) who even promised me 1000 Bluetti points TWICE and I never really got them!BLUETTI IS A SCAM: PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR... go to the nearest Castorama, Bricoman, Obi, Leroy Merlin and BUY THEIR COMPETITOR PRODUCT EcoFlow that you find right on the shelves. Purchased the wrong power station combo and let the problems commence! Customer service has been ghosting me on the return label for weeks now, as they only offer a 30 day it seems fairly intentional that their pushing me out past that date. Even told them I was repurchasing a separate model, nothing. Customer service via phone can only escalate through email. They did confirm that they had all pictures required to send out RMA return label, and have ghosted via escalated email since. Read reviews before you buy, the tech looks cool but it's beyond frustrating to lose 3,000$ and still not be able to use or return the product. Wouldn't recommend to anyone,
