TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I shop here specifically for their sprouted products, which are better priced than other companies. HOWEVER: their customer service is terrible. Over the years, I have had numerous issues with stale items delivered, etc. However, because their shipping is astronomical, I buy in bulk a couple times a year and store them meticulously so they stay fresh, and since there's no way to prove that an item I bought a couple months ago was sent to me stale, I often don't bother to try for a refund. There have been times, though, when it is a clearly proven error on their part: for example, I received a nut butter that was expired when they sent it, and it was moldy when I opened it. Because I could prove date of purchase and date of expiration easily, I reached out for a refund. They never refunded me, gave me a run around for several weeks, asking for more and more "proof" (what more can I provide other than the clear documentation and photographs that I already did??). Then when I expressed my displeasure at their customer service, they gave me a discount code - WHICH DIDN'T WORK. Another week of calling and emailing their company, with no response. The worst thing is, they kind of have a monopoly on the sprouted goods market, there aren't a lot of other companies that do this, and the ones that do are even more expensive than BMO (which is not cheap by any measure). Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and if you can afford other companies, or don't need to buy sprouted items, then STAY AWAY.

nasty rolled oats, if you can even call them that.
Seems like a poorly run company, almosst impossible to contact. The organic rolled oats are toxic to me, they do not even loo like normal rolled oats( seem to be just bits a pieces. I had to throw them out several pounds after eating them for a few days began to make me sick. a very nasty experience all in all.

Recently I noticed black discoloration…
Recently I noticed black discoloration on their organic sprouted cashews.Not sure but looks like mold.Please keep an eye out when purchasing From them.

I Am a Walnut Butter Aficionado
I am a walnut butter aficionado, I have tried every brand I can find, and imho, Blue Mountain Organic Walnut Butter is by far the best I've ever had. I ordered two jars of 16 oz to save a bit on shipping. This is a very delicious walnut butter and will be a staple in my kitchen.

So disappointing...
I roll my own oats because they taste delicious, and the only place I can find whole raw oats is Blue Mountain Organics. The first time I ordered 25 lbs, it was great, and they tasted so good. This time, I get the bag of oats, and black kernels are mixed in that look like mouse droppings. The taste is different, too.Geo from customer service said that they were mustard seeds and there was nothing to worry about. Mouse droppings or mustard seeds, I don't want them in my oats. This customer service is disappointing and I will have to find a different place to buy my oats from, plus a horse or a pig, that I can feed this batch to.

Very good tasting nut butters
Very good tasting nut butters, and their customer service team is top tier. My cashew butter jar broke upon delivery and they sent me a replacement while also paying for shipping. Thanks Geo for making my day better 👍

Shipping was awful- despite the excessive price. Nuts have a dusty coating and customer service is mediocre, at best.

Reliable source for organic nuts, nut butters, & seeds.
Consistent outstanding organic quality for nuts, nut butters, seeds, flours, and more. Super fresh. Fair prices. Packaged neatly and shipped promptly. Best raw almond butter I've ever tasted: rich, creamy, and slightly sweet without added sugar. This company also takes good care of its employees. Thanks for all you do, Blue Mountain!
