You have only one option in language, like other app FlixBus give option of choosing language but yous no.
My experience with blablacar was perfect 👌🏾. Is the cheapest i ever booked in this year 2026.

Juan Marcos driver in L'Ampolla to Benidorm
Juan Marcos, the driver, walked over to the place I was waiting for him, as I was waiting in the other side of the building! He called me to let me know he was waiting and he carried my case to the car. The ride was smooth, the return trip, even better as I was the only passenger, and the time flew by as we chatted. He is professional, on time, good driver and I absolutely was happy with my first experience with BLABLACAR. I was skeptical at first with ride sharing but it was pleasant and rates cheaper than taxi or UBER. I hope my next driver will be as good as Juan Marcos.

Le montant des déplacements devient beaucoup trop élevé, en partie du fait de l importante commission de BlaBlaCar.Avant entre un trajet BlaBlaCar et un billet de train, il n'y avait pas photo, Maintenant la question se pose.Dommage car le concept est super !!

Scam platform. Location: Ukraine
Hello,Today I experienced a scam on your platform.I booked a ride from Odesa to Mykolaiv. The driver responded immediately and gave me his car number. However, when I arrived at the agreed meeting point, he stopped answering my messages and calls. I canceled the trip and booked another ride. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again — no response from the second driver.After that, I decided to book a bus through your platform. The bus arrived about 40 minutes late, without any apology or explanation.From 7:00 PM until 8:40 PM, I was standing outside in the cold trying to arrange transportation back to Mykolaiv. It was extremely stressful and inconvenient.After this experience, I no longer trust this platform. I believe all drivers should be properly verified, including driver’s license and identity checks.I do not plan to use this app anymore.Best Regards, Tatiana

buggie app bad service
They have a bunch of links on on the app that look like they're part of the app, but they're actually advertisements, and my card was compromised. And so I had to get a new credit card.Also the person I did a rideshare with crammed his car full of people. And so it was uncomfortable, and also didn't take me to my destination promised.

I had an awful experience
I had an awful experience with BlaBlaCar on a round trip between The Hague and Paris.Outbound (The Hague → Paris): • The bus was late. • My seat wouldn’t stay upright it kept collapsing backward so I couldn’t sit properly. • The charging ports didn’t work the entire trip, which is unacceptable on a long journey.Return (Paris → Netherlands, transfer in Brussels):This is where it turned into a nightmare. Bus was late again The driver told us we had 45 minutes, and the app also showed 45 minutes until departure. We went to the nearby station to grab food and came back about 20 minutes later… and the bus was gone.It left early, despite what both the driver and the app said. We weren’t the only ones other passengers were also waiting and got stranded.The worst part: our luggage had already been checked in, meaning our suitcases were on the bus when it left without us. We then had to travel across countries just to recover our own bags (Antwerp → Amsterdam), wasting time, money, and causing huge stress.Customer service is basically nonexistent. There’s no proper phone support just an AI chat and email. And via email, staff couldn’t even contact the driver or solve anything. We were left stranded and had to figure everything out ourselves.Bottom line: late bus, broken seat, no charging, a bus leaving early and taking passengers’ luggage, and no real support. I strongly recommend not booking with BlaBlaCar.

The drivers community is shameful they cancel at last moment asking for extra money also they drop you anywhere they want they change the location no safety & security they have long wait for other passenger & go out of way to pick wasting of time you have no option
