POOR QUALITY AND STYLE

I bought a pair of Birkenstock Arizona code on sandal 2665 on Saturday 3rd January as I had heard they were great for comfort and good for Plantar Fasciitis I paid £85 the most I have ever paid for sandals. After wearing once I had a very painful open blister on my right foot caused by rubbing of the poor quality material on the inside of the strap, why these straps are not cushioned on the bone area of your foot shows these sandals were not made for comfort.I cannot wear these uncomfortable sandals due to the poor style and quality, when complaining to the company they dismissed my complaint and informed me to go back to the shop I bought them from but shop said as I had wore them they couldn’t do anything. The fact is it’s the poor quality of the leather and style that’s at fault and Birkenstocks boasts on quality and comfort are not true

After just one month of normal use

After just one month of normal use, the sole of my Birkenstocks started separating. The shoes are otherwise in good condition, so this should not be happening so quickly.Customer service declined a replacement, saying it was not a defect. Very disappointing for a brand that promotes quality and durability.

Great buying experience,l I love my shoes!

These shoes are so easy to wear, and they actually fit my foot! I have trouble fitting shoes, because I have such a high instep and high arch. So I’m so grateful these are just perfect. I ordered a 38, like I always do when I buy shoes in European sizing. The buckle that goes around the back of my foot and over the top of my foot makes all the difference for me, it made it so simple to correct the fit to be perfect! They’re very comfortable and I just love them! I’m glad they have a real buckle, that makes it easier than Velcro, as Velcro can catch on certain fabrics, and not in a good way. And I just LOVE the color, too! I ordered the suede leather mink.

Birkenstock loss of my order by Evri courier

My order was sent to Evri courier who admitted that my parcel was lost or possibly stolen hence I never received my order . Birkenstock handled my complaint and said that they would investigate. I did not hear back from them on my loss and did not get refunded . Appalling customer service and I feel scammed . Give this company a wide berth on line.

This is a real scam shop

This is a real scam shop. Criminals under the name outlet. Ypu order, pay and no delivery. Dinkla Janvar write that the package is ready and than problems and unreacheble... They advertise in pinterest...

Purchased Zermatt Suede slippers DEFECTIVE

Purchased Zermatt Suede slippers and within a month the wool came off on the outside, not inside pad. Reached out to Birkenstock and was told that is normal and not under warranty. They were so warm and really like them but a month of use as slippers and they look horrible now. They gave a place we could go to and pay to have them put some wool back onto the slippers. Then we tried to write a review on their website and you can't we were told you have to email them your review and they will post it. They won't post bad reviews that is why they have 5 star reviews, they are a shame and God will expose their darkness with his light.

They don't care about anything.

This was my first and LAST experience with Birkenstock. I am livid. First, they lost my shoes. For about a month. Then, I called, and they ordered new shoes to replace the last ones that I never got. The replacements arrived yesterday. The box was completely disheveled and dilapidated. The sandal straps were bent and not in place. It looked as though someone had rummaged through the box and messed up the sandals. I was disgusted. I asked for a complete refund. They gave me a measly $10. They did not care. I will never buy from them again. Worst experience with a shoe company or clothing line ever. If I could, I'd give them NO stars. I reported them to the BBB. Their management's attitudes were awful.

My birkenstocks cut my feet till they bled. The leather was so hard .I wrote in to request an exchange. They asked to wear a pair of socks with the birkenstocks and walk.around my home to break them in ?

I probably have over 10 pairs of…

I probably have over 10 pairs of Birkenstocks and Papillios. One of my pairs of Papillios fell apart in the cork sole of both shoes. When I wrote to customer service asking about this, they said they couldn't be repaired and they suggested I buy a product to protect the cork. I have never bought any product to protect my other shoes and they have never had this issue. I think this one pair (batch of cork?) was faulty. A company that makes high quality and expensive shoes should pay more attention to its customer service.

I purchased a pair of Papillo sandals…

I purchased a pair of Papillo sandals for over $300.00 CAD and wore them less than 10 times. They were the most comfortable pair of sandals I have ever had, but the cork sole disintegrated completely and they are completely unwearable. I wrote customer service and they were not able to provide a solution at all. I have owned Birkenstock for years and years and wear them literally everyday, all without any issues. But these were a waste of money and I am surprised that they would not stand behind a product that they sell. Very disappointing to say the least!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of Birkenstock clogs for healthcare that are worn in an operating theatre. They split after only a few months so I requested a refund. Over 2 months later I am still awaiting that refund. I have spoken to multiple people all whom promised me I would receive that refund in the next couple of working days. Yet I am still waiting. The customer service is pathetic. They don’t care once you have purchased the product and have no urgency to helping process refunds (despite their policy being 14 days once received). The fact I am still waiting for the refund is outrageous and I will not be purchasing Birkenstocks ever again.

Excellent!

Excellent!I purchased my shoes online, which was quick and easy and they arrived very quickly. I purchased them on Saturday afternoon and had them delivered on Wednesday morning which is today. Those shoes are soooooo comfy!

Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this company. I brought it to their attention that they had made a mistake and I owed them money. They didn't acknowledge or thank me for my honesty, we’re far from helpful in assisting me return the money and in the end my honesty cost me money as the bank charged me £25. When asked if they would refund the fee they have ignored my e mails. Very poor customer experience never to be repeated .

1* for customer service! Really disappointed. After ordering many sandals from Birkenstock - it’s over! Never again! I’ll be buying from their direct competitor now. One of the most unhelpful customer services I’ve encountered. After a website glitch prevented me from adding my apartment number and ONLY my street number, they refused to change the order details (even though I called immediately after ordering). Of-course, the delivery service could not find my address.

Poorest quality shoes ever

Poorest quality shoes ever: Arizona EVA Birkenstock3 out of 4 pairs bought 4 months ago has torn badly: it can't be worn anymore. Customer service';s reply that it is normal wear and tear.Do not buy this range: it tears wear the strap meats the sole.
