If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are such a shady company. Their workouts are good as is their trainers. However, they mislead you into thinking that you are purchasing a program but in reality you are spending $200 for "Early Access" and once you cancel your annual membership, you no longer have access to the programs that you thought you had bought. And don't get me started on their shady automatic renewals. I have wasted thousands on them and would've considered renewing but the way that they are set up now is terrible and their customer service is one of the worst that I have experienced. They are a scam and make it impossible to cancel or access the things that you paid for unless you continue to give them money every year. I highly warn anyone against engaging in their shady business. There are so many better options out there. Don't waste your money.

Zero stars if i possible could..
Zero stars if i possible could..Beware of Unauthorized Charges & No Customer SupportI do not recommend BODi / Beachbody.I cancelled my subscription on February 1, 2024 and have written confirmation of that cancellation. I was not charged at all in 2025, which confirms my account was properly closed.Despite this, BODi charged my card on February 5, 2026... nearly two years after my account was cancelled. When I contacted them, they attempted to classify this charge as a “renewal” and hide behind a no-refund renewal policy. That explanation is false. You cannot renew a subscription that has been cancelled for two years. This was an unauthorized charge, plain and simple. What makes this worse:There is no customer service phone number. The only option is a chat system that provides scripted responses and no real resolution. You’re effectively trapped in a loop while your money is taken.I have screenshots proving my cancellation, yet getting help has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.If you sign up, be aware:Cancellation does not guarantee you won’t be charged laterGetting a human to help you is nearly impossibleYou may have to dispute charges with your bank to get your money backThis experience has destroyed my trust in this company. There are far better fitness platforms that don’t rely on confusing billing practices and inaccessible support.Proceed with caution. Absolutely disgraceful.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. Do not get roped into it. They have zero customer service. I tried to get a refund on my subscription and was told no. They are horrible. Forget trying to talk to a person, they have chats from God knows where and you will get NOWHERE. They should not even be in business.

This company relies on auto-renewal…
This company relies on auto-renewal traps and then hides behind rigid policies to keep your money. My membership renewed automatically without my knowledge. I noticed the charge within two days, contacted them immediately, and requested cancellation and a refund. I have not used the service at all since the renewal. None. Zero usage.Their response? A flat refusal. They claim a reminder email was sent (convenient), and use that as justification to keep money for an unused service. This isn’t customer service — it’s a cash grab. Any company that genuinely cared about customers would issue a refund without hesitation in this situation. Instead, they chose to nickel-and-dime a loyal customer. This experience made it very clear: once they have your payment details, they’re more interested in enforcing fine print than doing what’s fair or reasonable. Loyalty means nothing to them.If you sign up, watch your billing like a hawk. If an auto-renewal slips through, don’t expect flexibility, understanding, or basic decency. Plenty of companies offer similar services without resorting to these greedy, anti-customer practices.

Cancel auto renewal immediately!
Same as all the other reviews. Their auto renewal policy is horrible and deceptive. Be careful if you sign up - cancel your auto renewal immediately!

FRAUD - Stay Away
Similar to other reviews I've been trying to cancel literally for years. They ignore emails and voice mail messages, the email linked to the account hasn't been used for years but the only way to login is to verify by an email they send to that account, the chat feature can't help unless you login, which I literally can't. I tried to finally dispute the last charge with my credit card company and they fraudulently stated that I have been accessing the account the whole time which I LITERALLY CAN'T DO. I have no way to cancel, and they just keep charging every quarter

Double charged for the same year when told I wouldn't be
EDIT: I received my reimbursement and everything was taken care of. I bumped up the stars from 1-3 since i got my money back but the loss of two stars is because it shoukd have never happened in the first place.I received a promotional email to get a 12 month extension on my subscription for 74.25$, I took advantage of it so I would save money. This was on December 19 2025. My subscription was set to renew on January 15 2026. I spoke to a chat bot asking why my extension pack wasn't showing in my memberships and subscription area and was only showing in my orders. They said it would automatically transfer when my subscription was finished and that I would not be charged a renewal fee since that was also a concern. Well on January 15/26 I looked at my credit card and lo and behold there was a charge from BODi for the annual subscription. I contacted their customer service and I had to fill in a policy exemption form to request the refund on the annual fee. I had also removed my credit card info months prior from my account but was informed by their customer service rep that they keep the information and automatically use it for future renewal charges, regardless if you have it stored there or not. I'm hoping BODi will do the right thing and reimburse me the annual fee since I did purchase the 12 month extension pack in good faith.

THIS COMPANY STEALS!!!
BODi has stolen $895 from me. I cancelled my subscription back in 2021 and they unlawfully re-instated my subscription and have been billing me WITHOUT my consent or even informing me for 5 years now. I reached out to their chat bot (YOU CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE) and filled out the form online. They said they can't do anything because I'm out of the window. The biggest scam of a company I've ever dealt with. Insane they haven't been caught. We need a class action lawsuit against them. I'm livid.

Renewal Scam
Have been trying to cancel my subscription prior to renewal but the sites are not very easy to navigate. After many Google searches I came across the chat-bot for beachbody. I was able to reach someone overseas. This conversation took WAY too long, long delays in reply were quite frustrating...didnt know if I was still chatting with someone or not. I expressed my need to cancel and be refunded the amount that was twice the price of the subscription to the agent and got a run around. He tried to push another subscription on me and told me I could request a partial refund if I buy the new $99 subscription...problem is I do not want a subscription with beachbody at the moment! . The "higher" team denied the claim without asking any question or allowing a space to express dispute. I was told to go back and speak to the chat and ask for further assistance...I went back to the chat and got absolutely no help, the same run-around.Kept being sent from on place to another without any resolution. They took 197.44 and canceled my subscription! That's stealing! I did not authorize these charges and have tried for weeks to cancel. Beachbody is a good program but their subscription program is a scam, rip-off and should be investigated for a fruad/dishonest scam. I just want to get my refund and be done, shouldn't t be this difficult! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN UP WITH BEACHBODY!

SCAM of a company and so-called Customer Support
Tried to change an email away from one I don’t use anymore, but in actuality must have created a duplicate account. And so I’ve been DOUBLE BILLED for the same service. I tried to have them merge the accounts and cancel the second payment, but their offshore, outsourced TEXT/CHAT ONLY “customer service” (/sarcasm) kept refusing the help and said it’s all non-refundable, even though they can’t clearly see what the problem was. The only thing they suggest is to appeal to corporate. Given the experience with offshore CS, corporate likely won’t be much help either. If I hear back in the 10 day window, I may update this review. Otherwise, DO NOT AUTO-RENEW and DO NOT STORE ANY PAYMENT INFO WITH THEM.

Terrible customer service and shady…
Terrible customer service and shady billing practicesI had an extremely frustrating experience with Beachbody. I canceled my subscription years ago, yet somehow—two years after my original purchase—my account was reactivated without my consent and I was charged again.I contacted customer service the same day I noticed the charge, and their response was basically that there was nothing they could do. Even worse, they told me that if I paid another $99, they would then refund the $189 charge. That is completely unacceptable and makes no sense. This feels incredibly deceptive and unfair. No company should reactivate a canceled subscription years later and then refuse to fix the issue unless the customer gives them more money. This is garbage customer service and a garbage business practice. Run away from this company.

The renewal process is a total scam
The renewal process is a total scam. Worst customer service of any company ever. Ripping people off must be their biggest profit better. They should be ashamed.

Beach Body/Bodi Is a Scam with No Real Concern for Health
Beach Body/Bodi's renewal system is a scam. They never sent me a subscription reminder and I was charged for another year. I canceled the subscription and tried to get a refund, which they denied. They claimed they sent me a "Pre-bill email reminder" on 11/11/2025, and that I opened it on 11/12/2025. I've searched my entire email and cannot find this email they claimed to have sent me. They truely are a scam of a company. They do no promote "health and wellness." They promote disordered eating, a negative relationship with food, under-fueling yourself, and overworking yourself. They focus more on HIIT and cardio for mainly weightloss and asthetic purposes not for overall health. If their goal was overall health they would focus on heavy lifting, walking, and eating whole foods, not overdoing cardio and drinking their shakeology "nutrition" shakes

I canceled my membership several months…
I canceled my membership several months in advance of renewal. I was the charged another year. The only option of contact is online chat with foreigners. Then you have to email their subscription reviewers who will not speak to you by phone, only via email. They will deny request for refund and you cannot do anything about it. I will be reporting them to my credit card company. DO NOT SAVE YOUR CARD INFO ON THEIR SITE

I am submitting this complaint…
Still ignore their terrible customer service. I am submitting this complaint regarding misleading subscription practices and BODi’s failure to provide meaningful customer support.I purchased a BODi membership. During the purchase process, I was not clearly informed that a protein shake subscription would also be activated. I was subsequently charged approximately $70 and received 14 bags of protein powder without my clear knowledge or consent. After receiving the unexpected shipment, I contacted BODi to request a return. I was given two options: 1. Use BODi’s prepaid UPS return label for a $12 fee, or 2. Use my own preferred carrier.I initially selected my own carrier but later decided to switch to BODi’s UPS option. There is no way to make this change online, so I contacted customer service for assistance.During 1–2 hours of communication with customer service, my questions were never directly answered. Instead, representatives repeatedly copied or restated company policy in what felt like automated or scripted responses, without addressing my specific request or offering any practical solution. Requests for clarification or escalation were ignored. No effort was made to resolve the issue. This behavior effectively prevents customers from resolving problems and appears designed to discourage returns. Combined with the unclear disclosure of the protein subscription, this experience feels misleading and unfair.

They keep charging my credit card every…
They keep charging my credit card every December, even though I canceled my subscription in May of 2021. I have disputed every charge with my credit card company and the charge somehow keeps coming back. I have no way to contact Beachbody as I no longer have a subscription with them at all. They have stolen $895 from me. Stay far far away.Their response is not helpful. I don't have an account with them to sign in with so telling me to sign in doesn't fix the problem.

These guys are crooks
These guys are crooks. They have the shady practice of setting you automatically up on autorenew, and then when you miss their notification email and they automatically renew you, even though you haven't used their service in over a year, they are totally unwilling to give you a refund. So not only did you pay for nothing with your initial subscription if you didn't like the service, you get to pay for another year for nothing because they absolutely will not give you a refund. Great business model, have people forget they have a subscription and charge them for nothing. Highly ethical company.Not.
