DON’T LET A YOUNG WOMAN GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP ALONE!! Absolute scammers!! Especially finance manager Terence Shine. My 20yo daughter was GRUESOMELY taken advantage of at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. She traded in a 2019 Durango for a 2021 Durango. Young and innocent the finance manager saw her coming!! They shorted her $5k on the trade in. Charged her over $3k for a down payment. Then had her send over a SIGNED, BLANK credit app with just name, address and social which they then used to HARD INQUIRE her credit more than A DOZEN times - increasing her income until it was approved with JP Morgan Chase at….14.9% INTEREST!! More than SIX weeks after she took possession the same finance manager was demanding her to come in because Chase dropped her loan. LIE!! They paid it off!! They threatened her to come in by phone, text, email and even called from numbers out of state!! We have the payoff letter from Chase AND a couple of Titles with NO LIEN!!!! The Attorney General’s office said to contact a lawyer- a few lawyers later @ over $500 a piece to look at documents then a retainer @ $10k!! The car was repoed and she’s left with nothing!! Not her trade in @ 4% interest or her down payment!! DISGUSTING!! #NYSAttorneyGeneral

Awful! And this is not only once, every time I go in for a service they miss something! The most recent service I did, paid for a service package that the advisor recommended. The service package included among other things a tire rotation. I picked up the vehicle and after a few days I noticed that my front tires are still worn off, and not rotated as supposed to be and what I paid for. I called the dealership and told them that I have a baby at home and really can't afford making 45 minute trip to the dealership at this time and that they can come, take the vehicle, do the tire rotation and bring it back, it wasn't my fault that the service was not done correctly, they have refused this. I expected what I paid for, how am I supposed to be sure that they did all the service points that were mentioned in the receipt? There is no way for me to know that, and I don't trust them anymore. Please make sure upon servicing that they did all the items they listed, so you won't be stuck like me now, with a baby at home, worn front tires and a receipt that I paid for and was not done correctly! I am at the point of making a phone call to my Bank and tell them to void the charge, I did not get what I paid for.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS IRRESPONSIBLE CLUELESS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
I have dealt with this company when I had to fix of my sensors. It took there technicians three times of me bringing my car back and forth for this issue to be correctly fixed. Fast forward to two years and the same issue happened again with a new car I’m leasing from them. The SRV/AWD light came on not once but three time after the car had been sent to be “Fixed” On Friday December 6 walked in to get the car that was fix for the second time and we turn on the car and the light turned right back on like nothing was fixed on the car. It basically was like they kept the car for four day didn’t even touch the car and handed me the car the same way it was drop off. Horrible service since they made us come in and then to our surprise car was still not fixed. Now they told us call on Saturday at 10am we call and they tell us that the car is not fixed and that first come first serve will be done first there will be no master technician on a Saturday and that to call Monday. Now I’m to call Monday to speak to the counter agent I spoke to find if the car is even going to be fix. Don’t recommend this company and only reason I’m going back to them it’s because I have too because of the lease. Stay away from this place and their techs they are clueless and have horrible customer service skills.

HORRIBLE, FAKE, FRAUDWe received an OFFER BY MAIL to come and exchange a lease of our nissan murano for new Jeep Grand Cherokee for 215 per month.We met Frank PerezHe initially said that we can get the deal but then started to play games. His final offer was 289 per month for 24 months. The guy played with the timeline of the leasing formula. Then he refused to further negotiate the price and did not bring the management. Usually, they bring the supervisor for further negotiations but that was apparently not the case.He saw that we were not happy with the price and said back that we should read better before coming to dealership. VERY INSULTING!Overall my IMPRESSION as the customer about the place that it is a FRAUD. They attract people with the FAKE DEALS and even about to CURSE YOU out if you are not happy with the price. Imagine that!Also, the place is EMPTY which shows that people do not go in there to get the cars.Do not go and DO NOT BELIEVE what they send you by mail, it would be a waste of your time!!!
