Credible seller
Credible seller for the drum major equipment. With scarce experience and off-site location of mine, I was worried about not being able to buy the proper item for my daughter, here in South Korea. I don’t like cost of postage. I don’t like the 6 yd minimum.I didn’t like hearing you no longer going to sell tissue lame. ( I just bought a card swatch)I do like the fabric. I also like your speedy service.

Shipping cost 💲 15 for one pair of gloves

S&H costs too much…
I ended up paying 43 dollars for a pair of 20 dollar gloves after REGULAR shipping and handling. Gloves.Also no returns on shoes even when they are in new condition. (They didn't fit)

Missing Order, Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order for pole tape on Jan 5, 2026. I received notice of shipping + tracking info on Jan 22 and as of today Feb 9 (2.5 weeks later and counting) the USPS shipping status is "SHIPMENT RECEIVED ACCEPTANCE PENDING". Every time I call Band Shoppe, I'm told it's at the Post Office, there was a snow storm the wknd of Jan 24 and it's the issue is likely weather related. I've asked repeatedly for either a replacement order be shipped or my order be canceled and refunded - to which I've been told I need to wait until end of February to begin any such actions. This is absolutely INSANE!
