The ballcap buddy has been a really helpful tool, without quality deficits nor poor design to hinder it! This already has made maintaining my hats far easier, and I anticipate that continuing. This tool is sturdy with thick plastic and balanced connections, and this company’s commitment to support our local economy (USA) is very important to me, and won my choice over cheap Chinese knockoffs off of Amazon.

The product cleaned my dirty caps. The one that was really dirty did not come completely clean, but much better. WARNING: I scrubbed the caps, rinsed them, and then reapplied, but used too much on the cap on reapplication and suds came out the bottom of my dishwasher. 2nd time around, I was more careful not to over apply prior to running them in the dishwasher.
The product works great. It was a little slow to arrive.

This product is really great stuff, i thought I would have issues with it, but I had absolutely no problem.
I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.
i did not get the tracking info. It said there was link bellow but there wasn't.
Waiting about a month for my order. Have not heard from you. I will not be ordering from you again.

When I completed my purchase, a screen came up saying there was an error. It appears that the transaction was complete but I had to send an email to confirm the purchase came through.UPDATE: product was delivered quickly. Product is perfect, and works as advertised.
