Pathetic service from audiolabga.com
I am furious at the lack of service and follow up from audiolab!! Still no shipping notification for the part that I ordered on Nov 11th!!! When I placed the order the site said it was in stock, the attached picture is how my TV has been since I have had the unfortunate pleasure of working with you people. You had no problem charging me for the merchandise right on the spot, even when you didn't have it in stock! What a pathetic system, here is an idea, don't have an online business if you cant handle inventory flow!! I have never left negative feedback on a business before but I will most certainly be finding as many places I can to leave feedback on!! When you sell merchandise online, user feedback can either make or break you, that must be why there isn't even any place on your website to read other peoples reviews. That should have been my first clue that I was dealing with a business that does not care about customer experience. I understand that mistakes can and do happen. I work in the telecommunications industry and when my company makes a mistake, we bend over backwards to make it right for the customer. I called audiolab before Thanksgiving and was helped by somebody that obviously couldn't care less that I was left without my TV over Thanksgiving and possibly into Christmas at the rate things are going. I doubt you hold employee meetings to discuss your business regularly, but if you do, I would suggest reading this to your employees. They might think a little bit about how poor service can impact them. Unacceptable...
