Great Tech Support

Jocelyn provided excellent tech support. In the end, everything worked out perfectly.Just be prepared to have a lot of information handy, including your invoice #, the cost (before taxes) of the equipment, SN, etc. etc.

Easy Day

It was easy and quick to get my issue resolved. I was confused on how to submit a claim and Maria helped me out through the whole process. Literally took less than 10 minutes to get my claim pushed through. Super happy with my subscription with Asurion.

We wouldn't be without our Asurion Home…

We wouldn't be without our Asurion Home coverage. My daughter relies on Apple products for communication, so we cannot afford to be without. The claim process is easy, straightforward, and quick. The turnaround time for repairs is excellent, with a choice of dropping the device off at an associated repair center or mailing it in. Once repaired, it was shipped back straight to us, with a turnaround time of less than 48 hours.

Asurion did GEEAT! 😃

I submitted a claim for my laptop, and dropped it off at ubreakifix. Once I was informed it was unrepairable, it took only 24hrs for Asurion to do a payout and I was able to purchase a new laptop the next day. The process was extremely easy. I will continue to use and encourage others to switch to Asurion for their digital devices.

When setting up my new phone

When setting up my new phone, the online live agent was extremely helpful and very patient. We were able to get the new phone set up very easy. The agent was great in troubleshooting as well. Recommend highly!

Worse phone insurance company ever!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is the worst phone insurance company I've ever dealt with. The screen broke on my phone, so I did what they told me to do, I sent it in to them to be repaired. Big mistake. They didn't repair my phone, they took it and sent me what I thought was a temporary phone. That cheap phone they sent me was what they said is a replacement for my phone since they don't repair my phone. What a bunch of scammers. The phone they sent me sucks, it crashes several times an hour. They refuse to give me my phone back saying it was in their paperwork that they only repair some phones and they will give you a replacement of equal value. Might be what they say equal, but not anywhere near the same quality. They will do nothing for me, take my money and run, like any scammer. They will talk all nice to you while they're stabbing you in the back. Beware, read all the small print, and expect to get an inferior phone replacement.

Know you got support and didn’t know it

My experience was great and one monitor is working but the other one is not, but I am having trouble with it accepting the internet source for me to try anything further. But I am very pleased with the repair, and keep working on it til I get things back as before.

What a waste of money!!

What a waste of money!!! We have the Home Device Protection insurance from Asurion through our Verizon plan for $25 / month. Sounds really great. But, if you have a claim, then you pay over $100 deductible. So, I have paid $300 / year and $100+ to get my old laptop repaired. It's already been ten days, and they say the repair has now been delayed further. I cannot be without a laptop this long. I thought that they would simply replace it with a refurbished computer of the same value, if it was going to take so long. I would have been better off to simply buy a new laptop!

I tried to claim a 49” Samsung monitor…

I tried to claim a 49” Samsung monitor that is covered under my Home Protection Plan. According to their pamphlet, it says, that I am covered for up to $2000 per claim. My monitor is $2000 when i bought it, I even attached the spec sheet so they know what monitor I got just in case. Initial offer was $200. I disputed the amount saying that I cant get a similar monitor for that price. They counter offered me with a $311.07. Saying based on the used market value, thats the most they can offer. Are you serious? I cant even buy a used 49” monitor for that price. I even send links from FB marketplace so they have an idea on how much it cost used. What is the point for you to put on your pamphlet and website that you will cover my equipment to entice customers to sign up and you will not honor your own terms and conditions! I highly recommend for you to stay away from this insurance company!

Asurion is THE WORST

Asurion is THE WORST Insurance company to ever have to deal with! Horrible customer service, not driven at all for results for their customers. If there was a zero star option, I would have picked that. You call to speak to someone, one person says one thing, then you talk to another person and they tell you another. Dishonest work being done through this company! Do yourself a favor and never trust Asurion to protect any product you purchase! They’re like dogs running in a circle chasing their own tail. No results and only frustration!

Filing a claim was handled with ease, all my needs were met in a short period of time and the associate helping me went above his call of duty by locating information I should have had available to him. I really want to thank Asurion for all the help and kindness they showed

I purchased this 2 year Asurion…

I purchased this 2 year Asurion protection plan never thinking I would need it but here I am. My gazebo has fallen apart :( Dave at Asurion helped me through the claim process in just a couple of minutes. Very easy and super nice. I'm extremely happy I bought this protection plan.
