Very poor IPL service
I had had a couple very good experiences with IPL treatments at the Lexington branch through the spring and fall. However, the quality of the service depends on the technician. The woman who had done a stellar job on my first few treatments left the company so my most recent appointment was changed to a different technician - without letting me know - and the experience was so disappointing, I can not recommend the business. It was as if I hadn't had an IPL treatment at all which made it a complete waste of time and money. What's worse, the company send a review link after the service and despite the negative review I left, no one reached out to make amends. IPL is well worth it when done correctly. Aspire Med Spa is not a place where it is done correctly.
