Disgusting company with zero Customer Care and NOT Customer focused. - Aquariums look stunning but the one page (double sided) print out is useless and tells you NOTHING. - Impossible to get parts within the UK. - Local supplier (Swell) won't help and nor will Aquarium Systems who IGNORE emails and cries for help.In short Zero Customer Care, Not Customer Focused, most useless and BUDGET instructions in the Aquatics Industry, don't Permit Honest and Genuine Feedback and so on. Clearly they are solely focused on the money, not Customer Care, Professionalism or Quality.THEHonestly expected much better given the prices they charge.UPDATE ** 20TH May 2024Still nothing but on-going problems with the aquariums system, you get ZERO help or Support from Aquarium Systems. Please do NOT throw away your money handgun one of their Aquariums, you WILL regret it and they aren't cheap either. Despicable Company with zero Morals or Integrity that should be banned from selling in the UK.
