I love apparel bus, they have great prices and products with a quick turnaround time. I've ordered from them multiple times and have only had one defective garment. Thankfully I had a replacement on hand.
This company not once but twice has been untruthful. The main guy who answers the phone, tells me let me call the warehouse, doesn't get back to me. First time was okay, it was my first time ordering a big order. It took 2 weeks for him to finally tell me they don't have the orders in stock he has to refund me. This is after multiple times on the phone. I decide to give them a second chance since things happen. Something guy tells me the same story, I tell him this is a very important order and if it can't be fulfilled in time, please let me know so I can cancel and reorder somewhere else. Oh order will be shipped on Thursday. Thursday comes, I see no order shipped. I call again, tomorrow we will ship it. We call today oh sorry its in back order. Sir, this is not a professional way to do business and a solution should have been provided to keep a client. Now I have to ask for a refund and find another solution. Thank God I gave myself enough time but will never do any more orders through this company and wouldn't recommend anyone to place a big order.
I wouldn't use them again. We needed a rush order quickly and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, Apparelbus sat on our order for (3) days. When we saw this, we requested they cancel our order, but they ignored/ didn't respond to our request and then shipped our order a day later. Definately can't trust them when they say something is in stock, they are most likely just drop shipping.
My order was filled and sent within a day or two. I had a small issue with being charged tax and had to return one item BUT Jason and others in customer service were able to get my small issues taken care of promptly and I will order more items when I need to.
It is always a pleasure when I call and get Jason on the phone. He provides excellent customer service. My needs are always meet and Jason always come through. My overall Experience is a 10 out of a 10.
High quality products and fast shipping also the customer service is great, I had a question about my order and Jason help to solve my doubts in minutes! 100% recommend.
I received my order in a timely manner. My items were correct and the packaging was good. My shirts are a beautiful color but I would suggest that you go down a size because my shirts are very big.

Shipping took FOREVER. I reply on you as a business and simply cannot wait around for such unreliable shipping times and estimates. Never again. Never. EVer. Again.
The price and the product look good so far. I will leave another review after we've had a chance to wash a few times. Not many distributors had the 1/4 zip with pockets so big plus!

2 packages are stalled for over a week, one in Goodyear and one in Portland. 3rd box was wrong merchandise. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of solving the problem.
