I found Apex Golf Carts online

I found Apex Golf Carts online, they are located near me in Laguna Woods. I talked to Narcis who helped me schedule a service appointment. He also helped me with some over the phone support to make sure I really needed to have my golf cart picked up. I use my golf cart everyday for transportation so I was hesitant to have it go in the shop. They were able to pick up golf cart and get it fixed and back to me within 2 days. They took the time to go over what was needed on my cart and I didnt feel rushed like sometime I have at other golf cart dealerships. They have earned my business anytime I need work on my cart.

Terrible Experience

In my opinion, this shop engages in terrible and highly unethical business practices. I recommend you avoid them like the plague.First, they lied to me by claiming that they had Trojan brand batteries in stock for my golf cart. They then attempted to "bait and switch" a different brand at the same price when the Trojan batteries magically weren't in stock after the golf cart was picked up and at their shop. They continuously attempted to bait and switch the inferior brand. It took months to get the Trojan batteries in stock that they claimed were in stock before I decided to have them do the battery replacement.Second, they incorrectly reinstalled the batteries and blew up the 12v components on my golf cart. They then claimed I needed a whole new 12v rewiring.Third, they removed my golf cart's stereo head unit without any prior discussion or approval by me. At the end of this debacle, my golf cart showed up at my house with a stupid looking blank plate where the stereo used to be. I had to demand the return of the stereo head unit and several other parts from the golf cart.Fourth, they also removed a trickle charger from the golf cart without my permission. When questioned why they did this without my permission, they claimed "it melted." They offered to send a replacement, but have not made good on that offer either.Fifth, they charged me $50 for an extension cord they never provided me.Sixth, after supposedly fixing all of the 12v wiring and lights, my golf cart's brake lights still do not function correctly.Avoid this place like the plague. In my opinion, absolutely dishonest crooks.UPDATES 3/8/24: They eventually gave me another trickle charger and $15 extension cord from amazon (that they billed $50 for originally). Subsequent to the initial review, I found out why the rear brake lights didn't work; the shop cut the wiring to the lights during the rewiring process, and didn't bother to re-run those portions of the wiring.The shop flagged this review on 3/6/24 as containing "harmful or illegal content." To TrustPilot's credit, they immediately saw through the bogus flagging and quickly reinstated the review. Still, nothing more than super-scummy behavior by the shop, in my opinion.

Be careful.

The original owner Ciaus (Kyle) did a great job. Now that he has passed away, (RIP) his girlfriend (Jessica) only wants Money. She doesn’t care about customers or employees.Desperate for sales. Ryan was a mechanic now he is the sales manager and runs the business. (Jessica brother) They get you in and add on all kinds of extra charges. They will double bill you. Read the reviews. I don’t have to make this up.There are several other golf cart companies that will look out for your best interest. Reach out to me if you need a good golf cart company resource or need more details about Apex. I have it all and don’t mind sharing it. ( It’s all public records)They post under different namesBe careful.

Dear Mr Griu.Since I got my golf cart full Inspection and 1 battery replacement, the range of the cart is very short. Now I has to recharge every 6 miles. Does It has something wrong with it?. Have a great day.Dear Caius,I'd like to let you know thatI found the battery that your mechanic who replaced it for the bad one had no water at all, it's totally dry up. It's terrible. I had filled it up with almost 2/3 of 1 gallon of distilled water.

Club Car Phantom Body

Just purchased a Phantom Body for my Club Car golf cart from Apex Golf Carts and could not be any happier with the process, being that this was a freight item they kept us up to date with estimated delivery times and procedures and how to inspect the package once arrived. The product actually shipped about 2 weeks earlier than expected and arrived in perfect condition. The body is amazing and worth every penny now i just have to get their Lithium battery pack and we should have a really fun buggy on our hands.

Great prices for most of their golf…

Great prices for most of their golf cart parts plus really fast shipping. Most of our orders come to us in 2-4 days which is really helpfull when needing things in a rush.
