The quality of the products is excellent, as is the variety. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I bought both the Advent calendar and the Epiphany stocking, and while the packaging of the former was 5 stars, the latter was 3 stars. The stocking isn't closed at the top, so there's no fun in opening it and discovering the surprises.The only flaw: CHANGE COURIER
I phoned Uncle Ikes. Marijuana Dispensary in White Center Washinton. 9822 15th Ave SW. The sales representative Caila was incredible. I advised her that I needed to place an order that my daughter would pick up. She explained store policy of not taking phone orders because they can educate the customer and provide better service face to face. She made an exception, I gave her a dollar amount and told her our issues we have COPD, Hubby is on Oxygen 24/7. I use too not as much. I'm 76 & quit smoking , it'll be two years. 2 years, February 24th it's going to be. She pulled that order. I will only use Uncle Ikes from now on. Exceptional Customer service and I appreciate it so much.
I'm impressed with the amazing products, excellent service, and carefully crafted packaging. The cereals are certainly a premium product, but they're such a delightful treat that they're worth enjoying now and then!
I love this, I send this package to my friends in Italy, I honestly wish I could send it to USA as well. And I wish they had licorice and licorice all sorts options.
I bought a Halloween candy box and found soft, tasty candies, very nice to look at and super creative, all packed in a beautiful themed box that I really loved. Delivery was on time and the box arrived in perfect condition. It was my first purchase from American Uncle, and it definitely encouraged me to order again. Fully deserved 5 stars. :)

I initally experienced a long delay in hearing back from Customer Service however; the wait was worth my time. I didn't see the preorder disclaimer bundling my Wunnie box "Happy Halloween" order with the Christmas Advent Calendar preorder together. They offered a workable solution and my daughter received her Wunnie box (Italy) without any delay. My daughter had the option to redirect the package to a pickup location since she wouldn't be home at time of delivery. The pickup location was easy to find and no problems retrieving the package. My daughter said the presentation was super cute and the gummies were good. I will definitely be back to order additional treat boxes for my daughter studying abroad. My only suggestion is to make it very clear to the customer regarding the preorder guidelines. Perhaps at checkout in the shipping section add a note in red. Otherwise, great company, great product and great customer service.
