To their credit, they worked with me for a total of 2 years and 3 months for the same upfront fee. The terms at the time of engagement were "unlimited escalations", and they really did that. The product authenticity complaints on the account were removed after this time period and the account health rating went back to 200, leading the account to be reinstated. That being said, there were some things I would have enjoyed more about the service. I would ask them what amount of time they were planning on waiting for a response for a letter to the lawyers, or an email to management. I wrote down the time period they said. Then after that time period, they wouldn't reach out, however. So I had to start keeping track on my calendar and following up with them after said time period. Also when we first started the appeal process, they didn't take time to understand my account state, so they didn't even tell me the right place to be submitting appeals until I sent them screenshots a couple times into appealing in the wrong spot on the amazon website. Then even after that they still sent me the same wrong boilerplate copy-paste instructions. You really had to be your own advocate with these people. Also would have preferred if they logged into the account themselves and did what appeals could be done on the website themselves, but they have you submit the appeals yourself. Also they didn't keep track of my merchant token, so they would ask multiple times for it. Also at one point they changed the language on the appeal, and granted, they do say at all times to read the appeal before submitting, but after it changes so minutely so many times, you do tend to lose interest. They changed the language on the appeal to say that I had included some additional documents that they hadn't included before, and didn't mention it in the email, so I sent the appeal without including the documents, in which case if Amazon even read the thing, I would have looked unprofessional. But in the end, you can't argue with the results.

Ya! believe the reviews folks. This "service" is terrible. I chatted with an "agent" on their website and asked some questions. They were very responsive and eager to help. I gave them all the information before I made payment. Once I made payment I got a form email requesting information about my suspended Etsy account. That was a form letter and had no real correlation to the information I had already given the "agent". I got a draft appeal letter that was very poorly written. Much worse than the appeal I had already sent to Etsy and was denied reinstatement of my account. I replied that the draft was terrible and it needed to be rewritten to somethig more professional and with more factual information. I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of days. I wrote once more to give them another chance and they then claimed my email "went to the spam folder", a typical excuse. I still did not get a revised draft. I finally contacted my Credit Card company and disputed the charge. I then suddenly got my revised draft which didn't sound much better than the first draft and definately did not sound like it came from a real laywer. Right after that, I got this email that stated "Our merchant banker's fraud detection system marked your credit card payment as suspicious and refunded you all our fees". Which is laughable because my card is absolutely not fraudulent and I actually got a refund because I filled a dispute with my credit card company. The email also stated "Therefore, we have stopped work on your appeal until such time as you replace the payment. ".. which actually works out because I got my money back and they aren't going to do any more "work" for me. Good Luck folks!

Scam - please, don't waste your money as I did
These people are SCAMMERS. Please, do not commit the same mistake I did. My KDP account got banned because one of my books was flagged as misleading. The experience was devastating, as my book wasn't actually misleading and everything happened so fast & unexpectedly. I woke up one morning and I had lost it all.I wanted my account back, so I started doing some online research and I ended up paying 1500$ to these guys. It's painful to admit that, after what happened, I got scammed for 1500$ by ASA. At first, the reviews online felt okay: I even found a few YouTubers talking about these people. But now I can tell you what I couldn't know at the time: all the five-star reviews must be fake or paid. There are no other options. Let me explain you why:Their so-called service is embarrassing. The first step is basically receiving just 3 emails written by someone in the "team" that you will have to send to KDP. In a nutshell, they just write that you're sorry and that it won't ever happen again (I'm not kidding. It is embarrassing indeed). After that, the second level is even funnier. They give you the same kind of mail that you can send to Bezos or Jessy mails. Literally what everyone does or recommends online, but now you can waste money for it. I didn't make it to the third level, because I spoke to a real attorney (obviously: they are not) & confirmed that ASA's strategies was bullshit because:1. I had no reason to say sorry, and as I did -because of these guys- I complicated my situation.2. These guys are really the worst that can happen to someone when their KDP's account gets banned. Even doing nothing would be better to pay them.Please, don't waste your money as I did.& good luck with everything.

Amazon removed one of my ASINs due to their misunderstanding of licensing, which I thought would be easy to fix once I provided them with the necessary documentation, but sadly I was mistaken. 2 months and many appeals later, I was out of ideas as each appeal was rejected with the cookie cutter reply from Amazon being “we do not have enough information to reactivate your offer”, without giving any further details as to what exactly they feel is missing. Very disappointing experience, I do not recommend their services
I hired AMZ Sellers Attorney to help me recover my Amazon account, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Their work consisted mainly of sending multiple emails under my own name, without achieving any real results. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they started sending emails under their company name, but that didn’t make any difference.To this day, my account remains suspended despite the fact that I have provided official evidence (from USPTO and TMview) showing that my book does not infringe any copyright or trademark. They never managed to reinstate my account or provide a clear strategy or effective communication.Honestly, I do not recommend their services. I feel that I wasted my money on a firm that promised professional and effective assistance but failed to deliver on what they offered.

The lawyers were so helpful and understanding and they didn't give up. After a few attempts, my KDP account was reinstated. It helps that the owner of the firm is a book publisher himself.
