We were able to take samples home to finalize our decision. They came and did the install as scheduled; cleaned up and it looks great!

Gorgeous Hardwood Floor
We had searched for new flooring experts for a while but ultimately chose Acme again as they had done a nice job using tile in our kitchen previously.Steve did an estimate for white oak and said, "You're going to love it." At the store Joe laid out the samples and said, "You're going to love it." Once installers Peter, Charlie and Kevin came to do the work, Peter said, "You're going to love it."Now it's all installed. We love it!!Peter, Charles and Kevin were terrific- professional, friendly and helpful.We wholeheartedly endorse Acme Carpet One!-the Heberts/Winchendon MA :)

I can’t say enough about the great…
I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with Acme Floors! Peter and Charlie met and exceeded all my expectations they were professional, courteous, treated my home and belongings as if they were their own, and best of all I was left with beautiful looking floors. I will highly recommend Acme to anyone who has flooring needs!

Excellent Service, Product and Installation
We used Acme Carpet One for our new kitchen floor in February and we are extremely happy with the service and quality of the installation.A new floor of this size is a huge investment and we took our time to make sure that we would be happy with the final product. Mr. Fleming and his staff worked with us for over 4 months while we tried to pick out the right flooring option! Mr. Fleming was very helpful in showing us products that would give us the look we wanted and allowed us to swap flooring samples many, many times.When we did finally chose a product Mr. Fleming and his team made sure to meet our need of keeping the new floor height level with our existing hardwood installation.The installers were prompt, friendly, and had excellent attention detail when installing our 300 square feet of flooring.The product itself is of excellent quality and should last us for years to come. In fact, a number of our guests have had to bend down and touch the floor because they couldn’t believe that it wasn’t real stone.Thank you Acme Carpet One for excellent sales and service!

Acme Carpet One - BEST!!
Everyone at Acme was personable and knowledgeable. With so many products to choose from, we were directed to the choices that were right for us with no pressure! The installation was perfect! The installers went above and beyond to pay attention to detail. We are 100% satisfied with Acme and have already returned for our 2nd project!!

Acme Carpet is professional from start to finish. The selection is amazing. From Steve in sales to the installation crew Kevin (the man), Pete and Charlie. The installers went above and beyond, great suggestions to making the floor look even better than we expected. The crew was efficient. This was not our first time dealing with Acme Carpet we went because of great customer service, selection and quality. From rugs to flooring they do it all.

Absolutely love our new floor!
We recently purchased my childhood home and the kitchen needed a major upgrade. Our old floor was a white porcelain tile and not only was it in the kitchen, it ran down the hallway and through an open dining room. The people at Acme Carpet One were so helpful figuring out what type of flooring would work best for our space. The installers finished up yesterday and it looks absolutely amazing. The installation itself is incredible. The space itself is an odd shape and has a bunch of weird angles and lots of different thresholds and transitions to deal with. Everything is seamless and looks like it has always been that way. We could not be happier. Even our 13 year old son is excited about it (although I think it’s more because he can slide around on it like Tom Cruise in Risky Business). I would highly recommend Acme Carpet One to anyone looking to do work on their floors.

My husband and I were so happy to have…
My husband and I were so happy to have our new carpet put in just recently! The fine service from Acme was great.....but more than that we found that Charlie (the installer that came out) went above and beyond what you think the worker might do. Not only was he friendly, but he was efficient and hard working. We have dogs and explained to him when he got here that we would get them outside so he wouldn't be bothered. He said "oh please don't worry......I like dogs......they will not be in the way!!!" At the end of his visit Charlie offered to help us put back the furniture. We were all set with that but just the fact that he offered made us realize what an awesome worker he was!!! We have more rooms to be carpeted and you can just bet that we will call Acme Carpet! Installers did a beautiful job, and were respectful of my home and family during install. Very friendly and professional, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the floors and the job they did.

Acme Carpet recently installed carpeting in a large space and also covered stairs with a runner. I was very apprehensive before the installation took place since my previous experience with carpet installers was not ideal. We have quite a lot of large furniture and accessories in the space, and although my husband and I tried to minimize the work before installation day, there was still a lot to move. The last time the space was carpeted, the installer was very disgruntled upon seeing the amount of furniture, even though we had paid extra for the furniture moving. The team from Acme never complained, was very pleasant and accommodating, and did a beautiful job. The stair runner was patterned and Kevin did a great job on the stair landing, taking care to blend the pattern in an inconspicuous way where it turned on the landing. He also laid black slate in a diagonal pattern in a small area at the entry to the stairwell and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. The selection at the store was more than I've ever seen and the salesman, Joe, was very patient when helping me to select my carpet. Really happy with every aspect of the purchase and installation.

I can't say enough about what a great job the guys did installing carpet on our stairs, hallway and bedroom. It looks wonderful!! The installers were on time, friendly and articulate. The estimate, help picking out the carpet, scheduling and the finished job...everything was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend Acme Carpet.

First class carpet company
This is the second time we purchased carpets for our home from Acme. Additionally, we purchased vinyl flooring and they installed both of them. Also, my neighbor was so impressed with the installation he also purchased carpeting and had Acme do the installation. We are so pleased with the results. They just make it easy. Peter and Charlie who did the installation were awesome.Acme is a first class company and treat you as if it was there home.

Acme from the start was very knowledgeable and helpful. They completed our floors in two days. The gentlemen were very professional and had an excellent work ethic. We are very happy with our floors. Acme cleaned up completely when the work was done. We definitely recommend Acme for new flooring installation.

JUMPING JOE FLASH ARMSTRONG AND PETER THE GREAT…
The moment I walked into ACME & JUMPING JOE FLASH helped mwith the overwhelming chore of picking out floor tile, the whole experience wasthe best ever! My cousin, who is very particular, -- ( code for fussy) had the ACME Team do her floors. I figured if she was crazy happy with the work .... these guys must be good.....and they were more than good......GREAT! Team Peter & crew arrived right on time. Professional, conscientious, proficient.....and oh, by the way Peter and crew finished a day ahead of time. They even locked up the house for me & cleaned. When I came home and opened the kitchen door, I was tripping was bad , I had to sit down on my new floor...... & this was tripping without chemicals.... but tripping happy with the final result.Maggy May Ward(The Young Woman who Gave Rod Stewart his #l song in the 70's)

Acme Carpet is our 'go to place' for flooring
Acme Carpet has been our ‘go to’ place for flooring for the past 10 years. I have always been happy with the selection of products. The people in the store are helpful and the people who come out for the installations are here on time, respectful of my home and they do an awesome job on the floors. I would not have any reservations about sending a friend of mine to Acme for their flooring.

We were thrilled with our recent improvements to our home provided by your knowledgeable salesman and the efficient Installers. Our bathrm floor and new carpets look wonderful. Your showroom has so much to choose from! Besides the wall to wall installation of carpet, we found a beautifully bound rug as well. We definately will come see you folks again.
