I was incredibly skeptical about this at first and argued a lot with my 1st contact. He remained professional throughout. That made the difference when I was ready to reconsider. I was still skeptical after a month so they connected me with Shoshana Burkhead. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. She answered my questions and calmed my nerves about the process. This isn't something I wanted to do, but it makes sense. I feel better about it knowing that I can reach out to Shoshana for questions and support. I will provide an update as I go through the process. As well as this worked out, the real issues are related to actual settlements & becoming debt free.

I called to consolidate my bills because I'm having a hard time keeping them paid and having any money left over I am on a fixed income. And Brandon Burho was helpful walk me through all the steps. I know nothing much about my phone or the computer but he was very helpful to to help me sign my papers and to explain everything to where I could understand it. Y'all have been a great company and I hope it all works well because it sounds like it will and I will have payments that I can make and also have a little money in my pocket that's the gold anyway.
