I called Monday morning before they opened and was in a panic because my washer wouldn't even power on and I had loads and loads to do before the holiday. I didn't even leave a message but just after 8:00 I received a call to ask how they could help. Next morning at 8:00 a.m., Michael Jennette was at my home and diagnosed the problem, balanced my washer and explained everything perfectly. He was on time, polite, friendly and knowlegeable. I might add that the first time I used them was in 2011, so they have definitely got history in the Valley on their side.

Water leaked/flooded under refrigerator
I made a call for an urgent refrigerator repair and fortunately, the technician was in the general area and at our home within 15 minutes! He was able to immediately diagnose where our water leak was. Since he needed to order the necessary parts, he placed shut off valve, so the refrigerator could continue running with no further leak He ordered the two water valve parts and was back out the next morning to perform the required repair, put everything back together and was done within 30 minutes. I was very comfortable with his assessment and cost involved. This technician specialized in refrigerator repair with over 30 years experience in this field.I highly recommend Accredited Appliance of Arizona for their responsiveness and expeditious repair.

They were extremely prompt when coming out to fix our oven, just before we had a planned party in which we needed the oven for. Both service people were friendly and did the repair in a very short time. I was quoted up-front pricing which did not change. Great service. Mario is a Very skilled and kind technician. I called the company for an LG washing machine repair because of all the 5 star ratings. They sent Mario out within an hour. I was surprised at the cost to replace the pump on the washer, about 70% of the original cost of the washer, some of that is beyond the control of Accredited Appliance Repair.I am happy to be able to do my laundry at home once again after 2.5 weeks.
