Amazing experience from beginning to end! The home delivery was incredibly convenient and made everything completely stress-free. The car arrived in excellent condition and was even better than expected. Communication was brilliant throughout and the service was truly first-class. I couldn’t be happier with the car and would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and friendly buying experience!
I'd give more than five if I could.Forget any stereotypes you may have about second hand garages . John and Lisa are brilliant. We found a car and tried it late in the day. No stress at all. Good suggestions as where to drive. Chatting with John we said we were keen but going to have a think. No pressure and he assured us what he'd get done if we went ahead.Next morning we rang and said we'd like it. Services etc were organised and then when completed I popped over ( half an hour's drive) to just have one more check, at John's suggestion. He then fully cleaned the car and Lisa delivered it over to us.She also made sure my phone was paired before she left Really a great place.
5* service from John and Lisa. Found the car and the garage through Car Gurus. They are in Sussex and I'm in South East Kent and they were happy to deliver it to me for a very reasonable fee. Really pleased with the car and their help, would 100% recommend.
Lisa made buying easy and straightforward she was friendly responded to any questions was able to do a couple of jobs the garage had missed so we didn’t have to go and return. John responded positively to any follow up questions. Great customer service
Fantastic service from start to finish, thank you.Nothing was too much trouble and both Lisa and John were friendly and went that extra mile in making sure my car purchase run smoothly from coming in on a Sunday for me to view the car, to delivering to my work address and sending me all relevant papers and spare key to my home address as I had to dash leaving Lisa stranded and waiting for John to pick her up!Thank you both so much and definitely would recommend this garage x

Our daughter purchased a Peugeot 308 from John at his garage, she was absolutely delighted with her car and the service she received, the car was in lovely and low mileage, we were so impressed by the condition of his cars and his honesty that we returned two weeks later to help purchase a Peugeot 208 for our young granddaughter, nice to see a really honest car dealer, bearing in mind we are over 110 miles away from this garage, would highly recommend buying a car from this garage 100% and with a 12 month warranty included what can you say. Many thanks again John our granddaughter loved her new car

I was driving down the A26 back from work, when I noticed a burning clutch smell, the severity of the smell made me believe it was my car so I quickly pulled over at the next turning which by absolute coincidence happened to be 5 Ashdown Garage, unfortunately the actual MOT/Garage was closed but John from the dealership was just on his way home, I quickly explained what had happened and he offered to have a look! He even checked my oil and water for me! I couldn’t be more grateful! I will definitely be using this business’s services in the future and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone, a kind deed goes a really long way.
I have not bought a new car for nearly 20 years, so it was with some trepidation that I started looking for a replacement for my old Audi. John and his team could not have been more helpful. I had a chat with John describing what I was after and he came up trumps. I had a call from John a few weeks later to say that he had just had a car come in that could be just what I was looking for. Bearing in mind that the last time I bought a car It was three years old and had already done 95k miles, I was amazed when John showed me a car four months old with less than 1,500 miles on the clock and at such a great price. After a test drive I knew it was the car I had been looking for. Buying the car was simplicity itself and John was able to arrange the payment of the road tax too, which just made the purchase so easy. I used a bank transfer; John suggested paying £10 to make sure that I had the correct account details for the full payment, then I spoke with John he confirmed that the transfer was ok. Confident that the small payment had arrived, I was happy to pay the balance assured that it will arrive at the right place. Knowing how easy it is to get the wrong Bank Numbers I thought it’s a great idea and I don’t know why more small traders don’t follow the same principle.I highly recommend 5 Ashdown Garage.
