We have been shipping Full Containers from every port in Asia to the USA thru Worldwide Express Inc. They always offer top tier rates & we have never had any issues or delays with US Customs. I noticed complaints, but they are all small package issues which this company does not handle at all. It looks like people are reviewing the wrong company.
The first package was denied by customs so I had to reorder it.Now they are claiming that they delivered the package on 11/06/25 at 3:25pm before it was even that time.When that time came they didn't show up.They are the purest form of SCAM.
First deliv attempt they did not have proper documents to pass customs. 2nd deliv attempt they say package was delivered and signed----NOT---I was out of country the date they say it was delivered. They cannot supply signature or whom signed. Numerous delay tactics in getting responses other thatn woos to try to delay me taking further action.
SUPER NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IT IS. 1 PARCEL FROM DHL DELIVERING HERE IN MY LOCATION IS VERY FAST. BY THE TIME IT WAS TURNOVER TO THEM, THE LAST UPDATE WAS FROM 4 DAYS AGO WITH NO MOVEMENT AT ALL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS WITH A GENERIC ANSWER AND NO URGENCY!!!
My account was switched to wwex and all I have had for the last 2 yrs of them owning my account is horrible, most miserable time trying to fix issues. It is always the same excuse with them, they claim they are still trying to convert all of their UPS customers to their database, ridiculous!!!! My reps is the worst! never responds to my issues.
Worldwide Express operate a scam with BartonallyI ordered a golf trolley from Bartonally on 13/5/25 first my order from apparently Australia reached port of London and found its way back to Australia After again reaching Port of London you then have to deal with Wordwide Express all my concerns where dealt with a machine answering with the most ridiculous answers told me it was delivered and signed for but cannot show me any evidence of that my ring doorbell also shows nothing was delivered A complete scam!!!!
Our 30 year old UPS shipping account was pushed over to World Wide Express about a year ago without our consent or acknowledgment. World Wide Express had all our initial account information wrong and was sending account transfer information and billing to someone at another company. Took a lot of effort on our part to correct that situation with WWEX. At this point, I have nothing positive to say about World Wide Express acting as our UPS billing agent. No detectable benefit in costs or service. Almost impossible to get someone at WWEX to answer the phone or return my calls. Average response time to a question has been about 2 days. We are in the process of moving more business over to FedEx and other carriers. The local UPS drivers and support people we interact with are oblivious to the WWEX account takeover situation.
We have been using UPS for 20+ years and recently our billing was transfered to WWEX. Now our billing is showing additional charges on shipment which we have disputed. We also have 2 company accounts that need to be paid separately but they are not doing anything about it. The support is none existent. We have raised many support tickets and none of them are being answered for 6 weeks. I need to go back to UPS billing or we will have to leave UPS all together.
A ZERO WOULD BE BETTER - TERRIBLE - THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 45 YEARS OF BUSINESS. THESE GUYS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE AN IMPROVENT OVER UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS BAD BUT NOWHERE NEAR AS BAD.just sent the following to WWEXNOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE FRAUD CLAIM WITH COLORADO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND PURSUE OTHER LEGAL REMEDIES ON MONDAY 7/21/25 UNLESS THE FOLLOWING REFUNDS TAKE PLACE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY. 1. As you stated on 7/16/25 in you email - The late fees will be taken care of and credited for you. $105 + 116.54 = $221.542. FRAUDULENT OVERCHARGES: I was quoted a price on the web site and processed the shipment: the end of day report matched this amount: however, when I received the bill everything was doubled or more. Total amount is $679.75I have attached a spreadsheet with the credits that are due to me from the 6/11/25 and 7/9/25 invoices for overcharges and late fees assessed to me. CONGRATULATIONS, after 60+ years with UPS your terrible service has convinced me to open a FED EX account. The discounts are better and you can actually talk with a person on the phone who will answer questions and get something done. I'm sure that the executive team of Tom Madine, Mike Grayson, Joel Clum, Jack Pearlstein, Daniel Curling, Scott Ball, Charlene York, Steve Purdon, Joe Kniple, Shelly Patman, and JJ Lewis will be glad to know how I was treated by WWEX. I would NOT even give them 1 star!!!They failed to declare my parcel at customs the 1st time and then said it had been signed and delivered to me the 2nd time, which it hadn’t.I’ve been asking for some sort of proof for the past 4 weeks and all I get is fobbed off with ‘we will send proof when we find the delivery note’They can’t find anything!Absolutely Useless!!!!
There is no rating for -10...For the past 5 years I have been using Worldwide Express until just recently when I found out they were changing the weights of my boxes blaming it on UPS laser scanners. For example, one box when shipped weighed 29 lbs, WWEX changed the weight to 801 lbs and charged me $1440 to ship the box from Oregon to NC, initial cost was $69.00. Over the past year, I have shipped a total of 4800 lbs. WWEX charged me for 11,870 lbs. WWEX says I have no recourse, that I agreed to pay the charges that they invoice me. It was also set up in the beginning as ACH payments so they took the money before they sent the invoice. I had a UPS manager come in to look at the invoices and assured me that UPS was not changing the weights. I am currently looking at past years invoices with an attorney. I'm out 1000's of dollars with no recourse except for the reviews I will continue to place across social media.
MY company has been a customer with Worldwide Express for 20 years. I recently cancelled my UPS service with them in writing. They neglected to cancel the UPS pickup service and continued to charge my for pickup. I called and complained and was told they were negligent in cancelling the UPS pickup but would submit the paperwork presently. However, I still owed Worldwide for the UPS pickup. They will not refund my money. Do Not get Worldwide Express Service.EC
Set up freight account and a Triple A Cooper pick up for Monday. No pick up. Wait on hold 13 mins listening to their award winning service recording. Promise to pick up on Tuesday. No pick up. After a 14 min hold today they say they have no good reason other than no driver in the area. I now get to miss Thanksgiving to deliver this pallet to Houston myself. Awesome.
Business relation of Unishippers. That right there should tell you all you need to know. Scum franchisee BS means each one is independent of the others. So even if you were so stupid as to sign up with one the others will continue to harrass you to switch. The do not call list don't work because you will never be removed. Feel free to be abusive to the callers because they are screwing you over every chance they get. Todays caller was from 309 645 3986. Female. I bet she is a real working lady if you know what I mean.
Horrible company. We are using them for our domestic shipment and they are UPS reseller. We shipped an heater and UPS broke it. Thank God we purchase an insurance we claimed it and Ups approved the claim within a few weeks. However WWE hasn’t paid us for our claim yet even though they got paid from UPS. We have opened dozen of cases and tens of phone calls and they keep putting us off for no reason. It’s been over 4 months and they still don’t pay us and they still don’t say when they are going to pay the money they owe us. Never seen any company works like this in this scale. I think we will just go ahead and apply small claim court at our local court to get the money they owe. Such an horrible experience
