Outstanding customer service and product
I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service experience I had with World3D. Although I've worked with vendors on a variety of grahics-heavy print jobs in my communication role at work, our recent purchase of lenticular postcards was a first. So I pursued quotes from several companies, and it was the level of service I received from Greg at World3D even before agreeing to hire him that caused me to choose this vendor. I had a million questions along the way, and Greg patiently answered each and every one, essentially holding my hand through the entire process. Even though we're in Ohio and W3D is in California, Greg was always available, worked within our budget, and delivered an excellent product--even better than we'd expected. I hope we have the opportunity to work with W3D again!
