I signed up several times & they were very helpful with me training my puppy. I had signed up a year later & had some difficulties & needed to drop out! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was no phone # in which I could talk to a live person.Other than that I did finally contact them & they were excellent!
This app is so cute and fun!
This app has everything a dog parent needs to teach their pup, no matter what age. The lessons are catered to your needs and schedule. There's a training timer provided so you can spend the amount of time you need with your dog. The graphics are fun and the instructions and videos are clear. It even has a clicker option if you choose to use it for training! This app has everything you need to help you successfully train your dog.Training brings Bailey and I closer and gives me an avenue to fine tune her behavior. She's a smart dog and I can see she appreciates the quality time and the chance to challenge her intellect.

So far so good. I just bought it tonight but it did not start off very well. They are another one of those companies who offers you this great “deal” right? So I pay my 19.99$ for one month and dammit if they don’t have that bs after I click with MORE crap to purchase and I think I got screwed into buying it because I wanted to get out of there & clicking fast isn’t smart. Anyway, that is the behavior/practice of my least favorite companies to do business with. I typically cancel because I am thinking, “wait, I just.paid.you!!! Why do I need to buy this? You didn’t sell me enough to actually benefit from my purchase?” Maddening. More will be revealed and I will re-evaluate once I’ve trained my pup.

This app was just what I needed, thank you!As well as being able to get my dog to listen we got to enjoy the time spent while training.
When I subscribed to this program, they stated a fee of $6.99. I never received the plan and then I saw Woofz charged me $48.99. I am trying to reach Woofz's customer service and I am getting no where. I disputed this charge on my credit card and canceled this program. I want all my money back now.
I have bought the trial month. And canceled straight away. App experience is not very good. Before the first month finished i wanted to check if the subscription is actually canceled. The website is not working. And you cant do it from the app level. I was charged more than a 100USD for the following month!! After trying to explain the situation to customer support, i have been offered a free program. Which im not intrested in. Asked them to cancel it straight away and that i wont be using the app at all. Horrible experience. Stay away. Feels very Scammy. For a lack of better word.
This has been a great experience. I have 3 dogs and I love how I can get individual tracking for each dog without having to combine information. It is easy to follow and my puppies are very responsive to it.
I signed up for what was marketed as a one time plan and paid the fee as advertised. I recently saw an authorized charge go through on my Apple Pay automatically and I was shocked and immediately thought it was a scam as I hadn’t signed up for anything with that price. Turns out they’d signed me up for some sort of auto renewal subscription without my knowledge or agreement. There is no email about it either. I tried to cancel right away and wrote them and instead they sent me a coupon code to keep my subscription!! I responded twice asking the for cancellation and a refund and they never responded. Stay away from any type of paid plan with them. Not worth it one bit!!!
My 10 week old puppy was jumping up and biting me all day long. I decided to download this app just to try it out. I was so impressed just by the first exercise to reinforce good behavior with treat and yes, good girl. She did a complete 180 and was a little angel for the rest of the night. We're excited to keep learning and training together! ♥️

Training instructions are clear, precise, and FUN! My dog and I are really having a good time getting to know each other in a new way. I am very optimistic that we will be able to overcome some of her less desirable habits because of Woofz.
This training app makes my life easier. I am not wondering what to teach my puppy. She is responding to all of the activities. We both enjoy working together.
