Woodbridge Publishers made the entire publishing process feel manageable. I had a finished manuscript but didn’t know how to prepare it for publishing. Their team helped with editing, formatting, and getting everything ready professionally. The layout came out clean and polished, and they were responsive every time I had questions. The experience was smooth and structured.

Woodbridge Review
Woodbridge ReviewAs a poet new to the publishing world, I have been very grateful for the courteous and kind attention I have had from the Woodbridge teams in the production of my book. At every stage I have been guided through the process with requests for my approval and have been met will a cheerful willingness to make any alterations I request. I am especially grateful for the regular updates in the final collation of arranging an audio version, registration, Amazon connections, and publicity aspects. The quality of the book review created for me was very impressive and the cover was beautifully designed in the style I had suggested. I want to give a special thank you to Mason Rami for his efficient focus and communication as this project comes together and I begin thinking about returning with another publication project. I want all the people who edited and formatted my work to know how much I appreciate their attention and hard work in giving me a product that I am proud of and gives me joy beyond measure.

They took my ideas seriously
The cover design work I received from Woodbridge Publishers was outstanding. They took my ideas seriously and turned them into a cover that fits the genre perfectly. It looks like something you'd seen in a real bookstore. They also gave me multiple concepts to choose from, and revisions were handled quickly without any frustration.

Woodbridge Publishers helped me with…
Woodbridge Publishers helped me with both publishing and marketing support, and I was impressed with how realistic and professional they were. They didn’t make exaggerated promises. Instead, they explained what can actually be done, what takes time, and how to build long-term visibility. The strategy they provided felt thoughtful and tailored to my book.

Satisfied customer…
The company has done well in that I started with Terrance and once he left, David replaced him almost immediately. I am very satisfied with the time frame and the continuity of the project. David has been wonderful and on the ball! He has been patient and professional in our dealings. I will be very excited when my book is on Amazon next week and when the 50 books, I ordered from Woodbridge, will arrive for my book signings during the National Brain Awareness week in March. As it is my 1st book of the Trilogy, it has been an interesting, and sometimes , challenging journey. Thanks to all who have contributed - especially to David🙏

Moving from manuscript to published…
Moving from manuscript to published book felt like a monumental task until I was connected with Ted from the marketing support team. His strategic advice on positioning my non-fiction work was invaluable. Woodbridge doesn't just print books; they build authors with experts like Ted.

A few things I need to clarify after my…
A few things I need to clarify after my last review and after the response I recently received from Woodbridge Customer Care.Ok, I Paid Woodbridge Publishers for their services around January 2023.Woodbridge launched my book in May 2023 and thereafter were supposed to send me quarterly statements, regardless of me having sales to show on the statements or not. By the time November 2023, came around and after frequently having to ask again where are my statements, they eventually sent me a statement that did show that I had, had some sales which amounted to £73.49. Good thing I pestered them. After that, despite asking for statements every time a quarterly period came around they would not send me anymore statements out. So, nearly a year later in August 2024, I requested them, TO NOT have my book under their control at all any longer. They agreed that they did not and should not have control anyway and agreed that they had no rights to my work, they said they would hand my book back to me. So, I opened my own Amazon KDP and IngramSpark account and Woodbridge uploaded my book to my accounts around August/September 2024. I then changed my passwords on my KDP and IngramSpark accounts thinking that my work would be safe. Then from September 2024, I watched my accounts closely and did not get one sale.By December 2024, I had a gut feeling something was not right, I still had a bad feeling about Woodbridge Publishers. So, the week between Christmas and New Year 2024, I had my daughter order my book through my website from Amazon. At this point Woodbridge, still had control of my website, and to this day they still have, they will not give me the access details to my website and have not contacted me about my website after saying they said they would in their reply to my last review.Anyway, after my daughter received my book next day delivery from Amazon, THE SALE NEVER SHOWED in my KDP or IngramSpark account. So, after about two weeks I began a query and complaint with Amazon.Amazon came back to me by end of January 2025 and told me that Woodbridge had been selling my book through their own KEP account AND Woodbridge HAD PUT THEIR OWN ISBN NUMBER ON MY BOOK ... AND THERE WAS NO GLITCH WITHIN THE AMAZON SYSTEM. After I proved to Woodbridge... that I had investigated their dishonesty they then owned up to what they had done and then paid me my royalties for 69 COPIES of MY book THAT THEY HAD SOLD THROUGH 'THEIR' OWN KEP ACCOUNT AND THEY HAD PUT THEIR OWN ISBN NUMBER ON MY BOOK ... WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They basically at this point had to own up to me that they had sold my work without my permission or knowledge. They have still not contacted me to hand over the access details for my website that they created for me within the plan I chose when purchasing with them in the beginning. They have spun a web of dishonesty and have put me through hell, I used to trust people to easily i suppose but never again this is a hard lesson learned. It has been a horrendous journey. Woodbridge have lied and been deceitful in the most extreme way, they have stole from me and laughed in my face. My publishing experience should have been exciting, bright and breezy, after all thats what they promised when I was paying them for the services that they should have delivered.God only knows how many other poor aspiring authors they have scammed.Lynn C Forsythauthorlynncforsyth.comUK: 07536979006 USA: 850 624 6570

Senior citizen might lose home because of Woodbridge.
First, they missed a lot of edits and printed anyway. I paid $3K up front, and was hustled by Ali to send in another $3K to print for a signing. I sent in $1,500 but toldd him to wait. They had me booked in a 12' x 14' "Bookstore" C'mon now. I am 72, retired and out of cash. I need my $1,500 back and they won't give it to me. They want to send me books. Books I don't need - a warm apartment in the Winter I do. They are a rip-off and, if I get money for Christmas, I'll pay the $50 and file with the BBB.

As a first-time author
As a first-time author, I was overwhelmed and almost gave up. Woodbridge didn’t just publish my book, they walked me through every step, explained what mattered, and let me stay involved without drowning in technical work. Seeing my book in final form felt surreal. I’m already planning my second one with them.

Woodbridge Publishers starts off great…
Woodbridge Publishers does a great job for the most part. They answer questions promptly and do their best to assist you with the whole process of editing, proofreading, and formatting your manuscript. Be patient though. You will have to stay on top of it, especially if you are a first-time author. Hats off to Rick Sanchez who assisted me with getting some wrinkles ironed out. Overall, I enjoyed going with Woodbridge Publishers with my first book and I will go with them with another.

Poor Project Management
I honestly really wanted this to be a great experience. Publishing a book is emotional and exciting - especially given it’s my first time, but working with Woodbridge has just been stressful.Everything felt slow and unorganized from the start. The social media plan wasn’t really a plan. Turnaround on edits and updates on marketing materials took forever. And then the sample copies never arrived, so I couldn’t even check the book before printing. But the worst part? They printed 100 copies using an OLD version of my file - with mistakes and a completely misaligned cover simply because they are unorganised and poor project management.Their solution was basically just: “Sorry, we won’t charge the remaining balance.” Except now I have to deal with reprinting everything at my own cost - which is obviously way more expensive than whatever “balance” they waived. The only bright spot in this whole thing was Kelly, the editor-in-chief. She was genuinely helpful and supportive. Unfortunately, she was the exception, not the rule.I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone who wants peace of mind while publishing. It’s been exhausting when it should’ve been exciting.Responding based on their response:Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed response. I appreciate the transparency and the effort to clarify your perspective on the situation. I will do the same — not only to address the issues I personally faced, but also so future authors do not go through the same experience. While I understand the logistical challenges you mentioned, the core issue here was not the deadline — it was the project management from the very beginning. There were repeated lapses in attention to detail that should never happen in a publishing process:-The project manager went completely silent halfway through the project.-The social media plan had multiple typographical errors, including the title of the book being wrong. The creative materials genuinely felt like they were generated without proper review.-The statement in your email about the launch being on 1st December is incorrect — it is on 6th December, and this was stated clearly multiple times.-Most significantly: how was an outdated manuscript and misaligned cover approved and printed? This is not a result of deadlines. It is a result of a lack of meticulous oversight and miscommunication within your team. These are avoidable mistakes that have real consequences — financially, emotionally, and reputationally — especially for a debut author.I would like to reiterate that I do not need the offer of article placements as a “gesture.” What I need is for errors like this not to happen in the first place. At this stage, based on my experience — and consistent with other reviews — it truly does feel like the company is run by one or two individuals behind multiple email accounts, rather than a structured publishing team. And as such, the only area I can genuinely recommend Woodbridge for would be editing support — I had a positive experience there.I hope you take this feedback seriously. Authors choose publishers trusting that their work will be handled with care. That trust needs to be earned and maintained — not repaired after the fact.

PHYSIOLOGICALLY AND TRAUMA DAMAGING
This company Woodbridge Publishers received a large amount of money approx €19K from me and did not achieve a single sale. Any books I sold I sold myself. Woodbridge to do many things but failed in fulfilled none of them, even down to having my book in bookstores. It's sad and traumatising that I who spent time doing a book relating to my past childhood counters of sexual abuse are taken advantage of by Woodbridge Publishers. I can't go into all the expensive hoops I had to go through only to end up with virtually nothing only a book that pages were not even of quality. The many many names I have to deal with. I even question being fake names same as company it self?,Daniel and the team, They promise the best and deliver nothing but a nightmare, a dark traumatic world. The displeasure to work with, a very costly absolute nightmare. Most encounter and interaction I had with them was a problem. I really can’t wait to get rid of them. They just try to extort more money off you for everything but do little. Same with London Book Fair I paid dearly only for it to be a disaster. They sent me out books that was for another customer in uk last December and I was asked to send them by courier to the customer and they would pay me for it. I still haven’t been paid for it.Woodbridge describe themselves as Expert Ghostwriting and Publishing Services but in my experience they are not. It wouldn’t surprise me if they are a Vanity Publisher and with no quality control process.I try to cancelled the contract but having paid in up front always, they have never cared. All words no Action. My lawyers have been in touch with them and to no resolution. It is now in process and applied for it going into court hearing. despicable scam and they now must face the law. I wouldn’t recommend anyone touch them.

I didn't trust them at first
I didn't trust them at first. "We got you," they said. But they really did. They cleaned up typos, fixed weird chapter titles, and still preserved my voice. The final Book? Sharp, and unmistakably mine.
