Worst casino I have ever played on. I haven’t had a chance to make a single withdraw it’s been that bad. You can only withdraw a maximum of $750 a day, each withdraw taking “3-4” business days but really it’s weeks. I’ve lost $6000 in 30 minutes. Yes. 30 MINS. There is no such thing as RTP% on here and you will never ever win. Stay far away from this rigged casino.

Wintopia what should I start with..wintopia game selection good very good most of it is availabledeposit easy and fast but the important thing is withdrawals it is so shameless that there is no there are 2 times I have won 10,000 euros on the site and it has taken me 3-4 months to withdraw! Not that they do not approve withdrawals because they do according to their terms you can withdraw 1000 euros a day which would have been bad enough but it is actually even worse you can withdraw about 1000 euros a week as they have now also reduced withdrawals to 500 euros per withdrawal so at the time of writing I have 9300 euros in the account they approve about 2 withdrawals a week of 500 each but then they of course have a different limit with of course ;) max 50,000 in a month so I know that my withdrawals will take like last time about 3 months to get a slightly larger win! VIP team at wintopia is about as helpful as the live chat you don't get anything extra as a VIP player here I think I got 100 euros and then it should be added that I'm up to lvl 7 which is VERY HIGH! play a lot been on many sites I don't recommend this site but this is not a scam site in my opinion but you slightly bigger players STAY AWAY small players it works perfectly ok!

I am so beyond upset and frustrated I have been using this casino for months and have hardly won anything my account has also been verified when I first joined. I am only able to withdrawal $750 every 24/hrs (which is fine) I had 3 withdrawals pending and each day they would get cancelled and I received an email that due to technical error to complete the request again... Well the third time it got cancelled I received an email requesting more documents; a picture of the front and back of my debit card and then account information that has my name and all account details I sent that all in and THEN was advised I then needed to send in proof my bank card belongs to me? So I had to go to my bank and request this I sent it in and now all of a sudden, they will not reply... I am so beyond frustrated I am even a VIP member.... I have $2400 in winnings after winning something finally and I feel like they are just doing this to not pay me... Wintopia.com casino is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online casino. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process was a nightmare, taking weeks to complete, and even after providing an extensive list of documents—2 bank statements from independent banks (one from the biggest bank in Ireland), a card confirmation statement for the funding card, a recent bank letter with my name and address, my passport, and every last shred of dignity—I was told I needed to send more documentation. To add insult to injury, it turned out that my primary bank account, which I’ve used for the past four years, Revolut, isn’t accepted by Wintopia. However, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions, which I thoroughly checked before registering. They seem to have made up rules as they went along, forcing me to create a new bank account with a smaller, digital-only bank, which was a waste of time, money, and willpower.The support team is absolutely useless. Emails took forever to get responses, and the live chat support was completely unhelpful, refusing to assist in any part of the KYC process. After three weeks of this ordeal, I was finally verified, but to say I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement. They even hinted that more documentation would be required upon withdrawal, which is deeply concerning. This place has violated any sense of privacy I thought I had. The games are abundant, but there are easily 100 other casinos I’d recommend before this CASINO_FROM_HELL. Avoid Wintopia at all costs if you value your mental health. Bonus terms are absolutelly shame. If you have cashback but before you used some deposit bonus they just make minus of this bonus amount from cashback and you have nothing!!!! I opened a gaming account at this scam casino. After paying €1500 I started playing. After about 20 minutes they blocked my account with my money in it They don't respond to emails. This is an embezzlement of money for which they will respond legally.
