I slipped on a wet floor at a grocery store and broke my ankle. There was no signage around to indicate a wet floor. Managment did nothing about it. My husband called Wilshire Law Firm to see if they could help our case, and they did not disappoint. They proved the store’s negligence and got me a huge payout.
Didn’t listen just pushed me through questions she asked and didn't let me answer. They don't care if your case is not a huge money maker.
I was very satisfied with their representation, their communication and all the gifts I received from them. Thank you so much for your hard work, I really appreciate it. Such a nice team.

Got in a nasty car wreck and didn’t know what to do next. Wilshire handled everything and got me a nice settlement. No stress whatsoever.
Update 1 year is coming up and haven't heard anything from them they put my 20000 in a account to gain interest so they can make more money off of me just telling me they are waiting for my health insurance to clear the last lien i guess it takes months to clear a lien they just want more money UPDATE they got 20000 dollars from my insurance somehow hahaha but i wont see none of it so i paid these guys to take money away from me they take advantage for sure end of update.... I got into a accident with liability only and other driver wasn't insured and wilshire still took the case and their communication is shit it's been 2 months car is still sitting in my driveway cause it's my fault someone drove on the wrong side of the road and hit me and got away with it and didn't even get arrested or the car impounded so I would warn you now don't go with these guys
I hired Wilshire for my injury case which I had an accident and was hospitalized for a week. They told me to go to their doctor for which they would pay for all, including transportation. When they figured out that Medi-Cal was going to take most of any settlement, they dropped my case. I did not hear from them for a long time and called multiple times, left messages and got no return call. Then one day about 1 year later I got all my files in the mail with a letter saying they were no longer representing me. Well, OK I get it you would have made nothing from my case so you dropped me. Now another year later I receive a bill in the mail from a colllection agency for the visits to their doctor. They want over $5000 from me.
Wilshire took my case. I was very disappointed with my share of my settlement. I had many surgeries. I did have a good surgeon. They made sure i had transportaion to and from my appointments which was good. My settlement was a big one. After liens, of medical bills were payed Wilshire took 50% of my settlement and left me with barely anything. I should of received more. I do not recommend this firm. We lost a family member to a horrific car accident recently. I could not recommend Wilshire for what they did to me. Do your research!!!

They are trying to charge me 10 thousand for a waiver they signed after they took 40 percent of my money their a deceitful and they will take more money than deserved while benefiting from the other party even if it isnt right.It was a mistake to hire them in the first place if I was aware of what their fee were I never would of signed with them in the first place.

I do not share the same enthusiasm that some share here about the Wilshire law firm. At least not the intake people for employment law! I worked for a company that knowingly, recklessly, and with wanton disregard.... violated federal and state laws dealing with both public and individual safety. Additionally the company falsified required federal and state reports (Criminal and civil liabilities) When I told the company I did not feel safe working there because of federal and state safety violations and if the company didn't follow legal safety guidelines I would give my 30 days notice... I was fired on the spot. The intake person told me the company was justified in firing me. The federal regulatory agency did not agree with her. There was a question in intakes mind about whether or not CA had jurisdiction by Wilshire intake. 🔺I "In general, all California superior courts have jurisdiction over a person that lives in California or can be found in California, and businesses or organizations that do business in California."🔺 There should not be a problem with being under the jurisdiction of the court. Also, intake told me that there was a 90 day probation period ... this is not true. There was no probation period and benefits started immediately. I feel Wiltshire's intake people were clueless, impatient, didn't listen... and were rude and unhelpful

I want to say that you will not go wrong with this firm. Elizabeth & Nicol represented me. I worked closely with Elizabeth, and she is really a wonderful person who really has a lot of compassion for her clients. I can't tell you how these ladies fought for me. It was very emotional and does require you to really put your trust in them, but you won't be sorry! I felt so beat down and defeated emotionally by what I went through and would have been taken advantage of if these two were not looking out for my best interest. It was a battle that went on for a couple of years and in the end, they really helped me to settle for a wonderful amount. Thanks again, ladies!
Please DO NOT hire this law firm. They are ambulance chasers and there is nothing caring, compassionate, or ethical about their practice. My 15-year-old son was killed in January 2022, I hired this firm less than a month later while I was in a very emotional state of mind. (I believe these people knew how to play on that vulnerability). Everything began smoothly. I gave them all the information they needed promptly and did my best to give them any and all updates from my end. On October 13, 2022, I receive a message pertaining to my son's father. His father has been absent during the entire life, death, and legal process. I had already submitted that court documentation to them and responded as such. I was very upset and concerned about their untimely practice therefore I expressed that to them. They eventually responded that I needed to speak directly to the Attorney. I didn't get a call from him until December 5, 2022. During which time he explained I needed a document signed by my sons' father and also that this firm decided not to pursue any govt. case. they are stopping at the insurance claims. This call was upsetting especially since it took all but 15 minutes to complete, yet I waited a month and a half for it. I heard nothing from this Law firm for another 6 months when I got a call on July 3, 2023, from one of the case managers and she was letting me know they decided not to pursue the govt case, and all they basically want me to do is electronically sign the documents pertaining to that. I got very upset once again, "You people had told me this 6 months ago! and it takes you this long to send me the paperwork!? She apologized and told me that the attorney would contact me soon. That last call was in July 2023, I have yet to hear back from them and it is now November 2023. Wilshire law firm has not worked on my sons' case technically since October 2022. Yet this law firm will take everything they can get because they allow themselves to sit on these types of cases for as long as possible and take every bit of blood money they can, even that of a 15-year-old boy and a single mother. Please DO NOT hire this law firm. P.S. Needless to say this case is not yet settled, I refused to sign their latest documents sent to me July 3, 2023. These documents only pertained to them not putting forth effort on a govt case, of which I had already been told that 6 months prior.

The office staff who are not lawyers without asking any details dismiss me without explanation telling me I had no case against vaccine mandate and my religion exemption claim. Not a place to trust. Be aware.
