Buying my first pair of hearing aids on…
Buying my first pair of hearing aids on line was a leap of faith. To cut to the chase, it made sense and it has worked out very well. The positives include; 1. Price....same hearing aids my ENT suggested were about half price at Warehouse; 2. Access to professional help during the after purchase period was really fantastic. Rather than having to make an appointment and drive 60 min round trip, I had virtual video calls at a days notice at the most. It's all very easy to set up, comfortable in my own home and no rush. I realize this is a different model from the past but it works and I'm sure this will be the model of the future. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with this company, and after going back and forth with my audiologist who wouldn't budge on the price of my hearing aids, I was so relieved to find the exact same ones offered through Wholesale Hearing Direct for literally $4K cheaper!! Insane. But also the customer service was great. Mathew was so quick to respond to my chat on their website, answer my questions and make sure all the settings were right. Just a wonderful experience start to finish and I can't recommend them enough, especially if you already know which hearing aids you want (I can't speak to having to switch the aids or even update the settings, as I knew exactly what I needed, but when I did my initial research, other customers said that was a breeze, too). Anyway, totally recommend!Oh, one last note - I also requested a formal invoice so my insurance will accept it and they got to work on it right away. 5 stars.

I was hesitant about purchasing hearing aids online, but I'm glad that I did. I sent in my hearing test and ordered the Phonak Sphere. I received the aids within a week. They have been working flawlessly so far, much better than my Jabra's.Matt was easy to work with, and all went smoothly.

I started out to buy replacement hearing aids from a local dealer. During my 'fittings' the specialist explained how only a brick and mortar type business is capable of tuning aids correctly. I told this 'professional' what brand I wanted. He would not sell me what I wanted and told me they were 'junk'. The 'expert' pummeled me with sale pitches about their brand and 'value' he was creating. The brand they pushed didn't work. Each fitting was worse then the one before. Then I was told the cost for the pair he pushed was $8K! It was a very bad experience and I got out of there. That's when I went online searching and working up the courage to take a chance on an online fitting. I decided on Wholesale Hearing Direct. Matt was an amazing sales rep. No sales pitches and confident he could fit me and promised I would not regret it. Matt, the price tag and (60) days return policy were the clinchers.Well, I have had my aids now for (5) weeks. Although I expected I would be back and forth with Matt making adjustments I haven't called him even once. They work perfect out of the box. I am posting this review because I want others to know those hearing professionals out there telling us that we cannot buy or be fitted online are full-of-it! It is not rocket science like they want us to believe. I saved $5K on my Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere I90's and they operate better than any aids I have had in the past I recommend them and I recommend you get a hold of Matt. Thank you Matt!

After dealing with Costco for 9 years I decided to give Wholesale Hearing Direct a chance at providing newhearing aids. My Experience with Wholesale Hearing Direct: WONDERFUL!!
I needed new hearing aids and, after lots of research, decided to go with Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio I90 devices. My audiologist wanted $6,800 for the pair. I did more research, found WHD and contacted them. Matthew quoted me at a just over $3,000 for the pair, so I went with them. Excellent service all the way! After a couple of weeks, I did experience static in the left HA. Matt told me where to send it in so the electronics package could be replaced. Sent them in, no charge for freight. Got the HA back, works perfectly, no static. On every call, Matt is upbeat, friendly and VERY professional. He really knows his stuff. I'd almost dream up a problem just so I could work with him again!! You can not go wrong with WHD.

I was hesitant at first as I couldn’t believe I could receive the Phonak Infinio Sphere at such a low price, not to mention the fact that it also came with warranty and lifetime service. I already had a remote adjustment session to tweak my streaming sound, and it was so efficient and easy. Matt is very patient and takes his time to really listen to your concerns. I am a new to wearing hearing aids. I did a trial with a local hearing specialist and I was not impressed with their product that cost $7000. a legitimate way to get the best for much, much less
Being able to buy the top-of-the-line hearing aids at 50-70% less than local audiologists charge really breaks the mold. Finally. WHD is ethical and scientific. They require a recent (last 6 months) audiogram, they adjust the aids for your specific losses and they're yours. For followup, almost any audiologist (who can't make a fortune selling devices) will be glad to provide ongoing support and adjustments for a fee. That can range from $200 for a single appointment to $500 for a 3-4 year coverage plan.But what you order and get (quickly) from WHD is just what your audiologist would have provided you. At a fraction of the price.It is really legitimate. I did so many hours of research online, meeting with 2 audiologists....and I am in healthcare.

I was amazed just how easy the process was.I stumbled upon the store and called the phone number they provided and actually got a hold of a live person! Matt was who took care of me and helped guide me through the process. I sent him my test, we discussed which options to try, and I recieved them that following week.
