First box avvived today. Shipping was quick, nothing broken and everything was there. Gave the Drak Art Cask strengh Borbon a try and was pleased. I would suggest giving WL a try.
I like the selection that is up for sale to the public and also the free gift that you get with your order was great.The only dislike was there were a couple of the selections which I received, didn't taste too good. I didn't enjoy them at all and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to friends.

There are so many positives about my subscription at the Whiskey Library, including how exciting it is to receive products that aren't readily available in my region.The pricing and subscription levels are certainly fair.I have looked at other subscription services that offer the same service, but many of them have rare or allocated bottles that are marked up and are available in my region for at the same price or less.Beyond that, the communication is excellent and the ability to control your subscription at any time without penalty is a definite, plusthe packaging is beyond reproach, and I have yet to worry about product being damaged due to poor, subpar packaging, which I have seen from other services...which seems to be an attempt to save money in that step of the process.So far, I have zero complaints or concerns with my subscription, the products I have received, the price for which I pay, and the ability to control my subscription preferences.Five stars is all I can give even though more would be appropriate....Kudos to Whiskey Library for the honesty and integrity and supplying products that make me excited every time I get a shipping notification!

Order was shipped quickly and arrived in only a couple of days. Product was well-packaged and in perfect condition. Great communications on tracking via email and text.
So, 2 out of 3 shipments had broken bottles. Need to work on that aspect. Where you shine is the customer service and follow up. Have never had a CS experience like that, and that says a lot in a great way.

My mystery box came damaged, I called to explain what happened and they were very helpful. Customer service A+, my replacement order arrived very fast. I was impressed with the box. I got 4 bottles of bourbon plus the bonus bottle, 2 glasses and tasting cards. I’ve only tried 3 of them so far, it’s going to take me a while to get through this much bourbon. Definitely will try again in the future.
The first box has been amazing, waiting on my second box now. The extra stuff I've bought has also been amazing!
