I was delighted by the hard work and speed in which the work was carried out. I had new guttering, soffits and roofing done. Almost 7k of work carried out. Six months later the down pipe came away from the guttering. Water cascading down the wall and onto the drive. When I rang to ask them to come back and reconnect I was told this would not be a part of their guarantee and would be an extra charge. The recent high winds were to blame. My two neighbours also had reguttering work carried out at the same time but by a different Company. They have not had their guttering fail - I think after spending so much money I would expect the job to last more than six months. All I can say is that they were quick enough to quote and do the job - but are not interested in rectifying any faults. Only solution offered was IF THEY WERE IN MY AREA THEY WOULD POP BY Three weeks on, water cascading down the outside of the house is not a good advert for your business W HARTLEY LTD
