Bathtub to shower
Mike, Gabe, hector, and Malik were on time and finished on time. They were very easy to have around. They cleaned up very nicely before they left. The showers look amazing. Would highly recommend west shore home to anyone.

Excellent job by Cameron, Cameron and Yusmel who installed 2 doors. They paid much attention to detail and the result is 2 beautifully installed doors.

Willie W & James did a great job…
Willie W & James did a great job installing our shower and flooring. Both were very professional and polite. They answered all the questions I had and I had many. We were very pleased with the way things turned out. Willie even made adjustments that my “eagle-eyed” wife found in the shower. Willie walked us through everything that was done afterwards and area was cleaned up well. The replacement toilet brought did not fit our water closet but we should be receiving a new one soon. Very pleased with the results so far.

High Pressure Sales - High Dollar Prices
I responded to a facebook ad on a friday night. 8am on Saturday morning I got a text, an email and a phone call all within 2 minutes of each other. Our ONE day per month to sleep in! They called me every morning for the next few days until I finally answered. Don't business hours apply anymore? Weekends? Regardless, I Set up a time and the first guy who came was a very likable guy. Knowledgeable etc. Price? 22K to convert a tub to a shower and they could NOT make it the same size as our tub. NOT a bathroom remodel. I did like the materials he showed me and told him I've got 2 more companies coming for quotes, I'd let him know. Nice guy! The next day they call me and another guy wants to come out to "re-look" things over. I shared the first guy took a 3D image of the entire bathroom, complete measurements...you already have all you need - send me a new quote! I'd love to see it. NOPE. They want my wife there and the supervisor to make another visit. I said thanks but no thanks...let me get my other quotes first. Told them to give me 2 or 3 weeks to get that done. The person I was speaking to agreed. They kept calling every morning after that. I was ready to block the number when I decided to answer one last time. THIS guy was the HIGH PRESSURE sales guy. I told him the EXACT same thing I told the last person a few days before...yet HE WOULD NOT take NO for an answer. I'll spare you all the rest of the story. He was a TERRIBLE salesman. And YES, I blocked their # after hanging up with him. Whenever anyone pushes that hard, it's a RED FLAG for me. Beware! 2 stars since I didn't actually see their work...probably would have been good...but still! end of story, the second big box company was $9K less and I found a local guy for $10K less. Review of West Chester OH location.

James, Jake, Malcolm, Phillip and Mark were very professional, hardworking young men that did an excellent job of replacing my windows and doors. I highly recommend their service for any and all job assignments. Please allow them to be assigned to my next repair or replacement to be done at my home!

We had West Shore Homes remodel both our bathrooms back in November 2025 and also just had them come and replace the carpet with wood flooring. The crew was very polite and professional. Both times did not have a bad experience at all.

Willie and Cal did an outstanding job, they arrived ahead of scheduled time and got right to work. They had a few problems with shower drain but they were very knowledgeable on how to rectify the problem. Thanks guys

West Shore Home did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. We cannot speak highly enough about Jason's and Dan's professionalism, craftsmanship and expertise. Our bathroom was done in a day and a half and couldn't be happier.
