BUYER BEWARE! Twice order is damaged and now I s as m being shipped a 3rd image I don’t want! No calls / emails after first order was damaged. W&W just keeps sending damaged items. Prints are cheap and not worth the $$. Going to file complaint with BBB.

Missing mug, 2 months & waiting
I ordered a portrait & a mug together in December 2025. This was meant to be a gift for my sister whose dog passed away suddenly & unexpectedly last year. I received the portrait but not the mug.I’ve contacted customer support multiple times.I’ve been given multiple tracking numbers for the mug but the mug has never been shipped at any stage. At one stage they even managed to have a completely different postal address attached to my account. Very disappointed.

I ordered this to honor my colleague’s dog that passed away and she loved it. The painting was very close to the image i submitted and she loved how the painter captured his eyes. It was very special. Thank you

Gift Delivery Process Needs Improvement
My order was a gift, and the delivery address was correct. But, West&Willow uses link to Shopify for verification and delivery. Shopify showed my order was sent to the USPS, then transferred to UPS Ground that showed my gift was sent to me!! I emailed West&Willow before the 30 min. limit for changes. Again, my confirmation email showed the correct delivery address but my gift was still delivered to me! I took the package to UPS and ended up paying for the delivery when it should have been free. West and Willow does make great pictures as I’ve ordered from them before. Please make it easier to reach a human customer service rep, and list “wrong delivery address” as one of your multiple choice answers. I would still order their products but if it’s a gift, I’ll mail it myself since I had to pay for it anyway.

It’s terrible. Doesn’t look like her at all. Cut off part of her ears. If the photo I sent wasn’t the correct size you should have advised. She’s passed away so this was to be a memory of her but I’ve already hidden it in the closet.

The picture itself was great, but poor frame
The picture itself was great! The only reason I can't give them a 5-star is that the frame it arrived in was not put together correctly. Two corners of the frame were not flush.
