The conversation can go from the basics to in-depth analysis of strategy. The team at Wave encourages participation, maintains a friendly cadence, and makes sure there is value for all participants.
The Wave Mastermind has been the best way to troubleshoot both common and unique problems that our Amazon business faces. The free form dialogue really allows for everyone to cut past the usual canned format meetings (both internally and with any marketing agency) and truly troubleshoot the issues that are affecting our Amazon business both in the short term and the long term. I know of no better way to get all of the information that I need in one shot from multiple perspectives (current brands selling on Amazon, former Amazon employees, consultants, etc.) The discussion really allows you to get a baseline for what everyone else is dealing with whether they are an old or new business, big or small, sell small or bulk product, sell in the US or abroad - there really is something for everyone, and you get back way more valuable insight in a shorter amount of time than I have ever experienced versus other discussions, forums, agencies, service providers.
Wave mastermind is a great way to collaborate with other vendors for problem solving and general strategy discussion. There is a online forum where you can make posts or post to other vendor posts.The moderator for the group keeps the conversation focused but not too stringent to allow for open discussion flow. I recommend this vendor collaboration group to any one that wants to grow sales, solve eCom issues, and help others at the same time.
Probably the best way to get detailed Amazon help. Good group across all categories which makes strategic sessions easy. Entire group is helpful and meets regularly to discuss in depth topics and strategies.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Mastermind group. The expertise possessed by the moderators has proven immensely valuable. Dealing with the quirks and challenges of Vendor Central can be tricky, but having a supportive community to navigate these issues alongside has provided me with valuable insights on effectively managing any challenges that may arise.
